【摘要】:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流在我國取得了前所未有的飛速發(fā)展,受到各級政府的高度重視。但我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流存在的諸多問題極大地影響了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,從而導(dǎo)致我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)很難與發(fā)達(dá)國家相抗衡。正確分析農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)核心競爭力,對于培育和增強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)核心競爭力具有重要的實際意義。本文在對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)核心競爭力進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,從服務(wù)力、創(chuàng)新力、管理力、營銷力和文化力五個方面分析了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)核心競爭力的構(gòu)成要素,構(gòu)建了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)"五力"鉆石模型。
[Abstract]:Agricultural products logistics in China has made unprecedented rapid development, by all levels of government attention. However, many problems in agricultural products logistics in China have greatly affected the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural products logistics, which makes it difficult for Chinese agricultural logistics enterprises to compete with developed countries. The correct analysis of the core competitiveness of agricultural products logistics enterprises is of great practical significance to cultivate and strengthen the core competitiveness of agricultural products logistics enterprises. On the basis of defining the core competence of agricultural products logistics enterprises, this paper analyzes the components of the core competitiveness of agricultural products logistics enterprises from five aspects: service, innovation, management, marketing and culture. The "five forces" diamond model of agricultural product logistics enterprise is constructed.
