面向流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物的銷售系統(tǒng)模型研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)以來,科技的快速發(fā)展已將人類社會帶進(jìn)了信息時(shí)代。作為信息時(shí)代的重要代表----計(jì)算機(jī),正在迅速的滲透于各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè),并且使各產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)模式和經(jīng)營模式發(fā)生巨大的變化。銷售管理作為最早接觸計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的行業(yè)之一,充分利用了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的信息性和準(zhǔn)確性,使得在銷售當(dāng)中所產(chǎn)生的各個(gè)信息得到了有效的管理。計(jì)算機(jī)在銷售管理行業(yè)的應(yīng)用不僅使員工的工作效率得到提升,還使企業(yè)的銷售業(yè)績呈現(xiàn)幾何式的增長,而且使企業(yè)具有了實(shí)時(shí)了解和掌握企業(yè)運(yùn)營信息的能力,從而使企業(yè)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率得以提升,為公司帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。傳統(tǒng)的銷售管理系統(tǒng)往往包含四大功能,分別是設(shè)備采購管理功能,產(chǎn)品入庫管理功能,產(chǎn)品出售管理功能和企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理功能;而本文中所描述的系統(tǒng)在完成以上功能以外還加入了對產(chǎn)品包裝物的管理功能。所謂的產(chǎn)品包裝物是指在產(chǎn)品銷售過程中,為了包裝產(chǎn)品而產(chǎn)生的一種物品。包裝物具有三種流轉(zhuǎn)形式:1,作為僅產(chǎn)品的附加物,不顯示其價(jià)值的包裝物;2,雖與產(chǎn)品一起銷售,但計(jì)價(jià)與產(chǎn)品相獨(dú)立的包裝物;3,售貨方為了使購貨方早點(diǎn)退回出借或出租的包裝物,通常會向購貨方收納一定數(shù)目的押金。本課題中所論述的流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物主要是指上述中的第三種情況,這類流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物在商品被出售后,購買者通過出借或出租的方式來臨時(shí)占有包裝物。正是由于這種流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物的出現(xiàn),產(chǎn)品銷售變得復(fù)雜起來。例如,包裝物的量的管理、包裝物和產(chǎn)品的對應(yīng)關(guān)系、客戶占用包裝物的情況、包裝物的統(tǒng)計(jì)以及在銷售產(chǎn)品中如何對包裝物開發(fā)票等問題都需要進(jìn)行處理解決,而現(xiàn)有的銷售管理模式對于這種情況不完全適用。本論文通過對該問題的研究,提取出這類營銷問題的共性,結(jié)合前人的研究成果而提出了一個(gè)全新的設(shè)計(jì)理念,該理念把與客戶有關(guān)系的一切商業(yè)行為都視為產(chǎn)品,即不同種類主要產(chǎn)品、租、維修、檢測、包裝物、等均被認(rèn)為是產(chǎn)品。構(gòu)建一個(gè)新的銷售模型。這樣很清晰地解決了因流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物的出現(xiàn)而引起的一些問題,引出了一個(gè)具有新觀點(diǎn)的開發(fā)思想。本文首先細(xì)致的分析了流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物的出現(xiàn)對現(xiàn)有的銷售系統(tǒng)的影響,然后對此問題提出了面向流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物的銷售系統(tǒng)模型,并將本模型應(yīng)用于具體工業(yè)氣體銷售體系。企業(yè)在投入使用本模型后,從資金占壓量的角度上看,本模型因?yàn)槿谌肓肆鬓D(zhuǎn)包裝物的信息,從而降低了資金占壓量;從員工的工作效率上看,本模型方便了員工對流轉(zhuǎn)包裝物的管理,從而提升了員工的工作效率,進(jìn)而提升了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。本文主要分為兩部分,模型建立與設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。模型建立包括靜態(tài)模型和動態(tài)模型兩部分。靜態(tài)模型包括類模型、用例模型;動態(tài)模型包括序列圖模型、狀態(tài)圖模型、協(xié)作圖模型和工作活動流程圖模型。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐部分包括對工業(yè)氣體銷售系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),功能界面描述等模塊。
[Abstract]:Since the twenty-first Century, the rapid development of science and technology has brought the human society into the information age. As an important representative of the information age, the computer is rapidly infiltrating in various industries, and making great changes in the production patterns and operating modes of various industries. Making full use of the information and accuracy of computer technology, the information produced in the sale has been effectively managed. The application of computer in the sales management industry not only improves the efficiency of the staff, but also makes the sales performance of the enterprise geometric growth, and makes the enterprise have the real time understanding and The ability of enterprise operation information can improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and bring great economic benefit to the company. The traditional sales management system often contains four functions, which are equipment purchasing management function, product warehouse management function, product sale management function and enterprise financial management function. The system described in addition to the function of the product packaging in addition to the completion of the above functions. The so-called product packaging refers to an item produced in order to package the product during the sale of the product. The package has three forms of circulation: 1, as an appendage to the product, a package that does not show its value; and 2, although with the product. A package that is sold, but is priced independently of the product; 3, in order to make the buyer return a loan or a rented package early, the seller usually receives a certain amount of deposit to the buyer. The transfer package discussed in this subject mainly refers to the third of the above cases. After the sale of the goods, this kind of circulation wrapper is connected to the buyer. It is because of the emergence of this kind of circulation packaging that the sale of the product becomes complicated. For example, the management of the quantity of the package, the correspondence of the package and the product, the situation of the customer to take up the package, the statistics of the packing, and how to invoice the package in the sale of the product. All the problems need to be dealt with, and the existing sales management model is not fully applicable to this situation. Through the study of this problem, this paper extracts the generality of this kind of marketing problem, and puts forward a new design concept based on the previous research results. This concept considers all business behaviors related to customers as production. Products, that is, different kinds of main products, renting, repairing, testing, packing, etc. are considered as products. Build a new sales model. This clearly solves some problems caused by the emergence of circulation packaging, leads to a new idea of development ideas. This article first carefully analyzed the appearance of the circulation package. The impact of the existing sales system, and then put forward the sales system model for the circulation package, and apply this model to the specific industrial gas sales system. After the model is put into use, the model, from the point of view of the amount of capital pressure, has been incorporated into the information of the circulation package, thus reducing the amount of money. In terms of the efficiency of the staff, this model facilitates the management of the staff's convective packaging, thus improves the efficiency of the employees, and then improves the production efficiency of the enterprise. This paper is divided into two parts: the model establishment and the design practice. The model is composed of two parts of the static model and the dynamic model. The static model includes the class model. The dynamic model includes the sequence diagram model, the state diagram model, the collaboration diagram model and the work activity flow chart model. The design practice part includes the system structure design and the database structure design for the industrial gas sales system, the functional interface description and so on.
