國家電網(wǎng)公司冀北電力營銷業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)是電力,我國已經(jīng)在電力營銷領(lǐng)域做出一定的成績,國網(wǎng)公司啟用的sg186營銷系統(tǒng)使得我們在營銷領(lǐng)域跨出一大步。冀北電力公司積極響應(yīng)國網(wǎng)公司提出的“三集五大”方針,涉及領(lǐng)域為規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域、建設(shè)領(lǐng)域、運行領(lǐng)域、生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域、營銷領(lǐng)域等。為了積極響應(yīng)國家的“信息化建設(shè)”口號,實現(xiàn)建設(shè)一個信息化企業(yè)的國家,我們在政策和電力企業(yè)內(nèi)部的需求的驅(qū)動下,做了充分的需求調(diào)研工作,這樣為實現(xiàn)電力營銷系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)做出了巨大貢獻。農(nóng)電營業(yè)區(qū)域的電費繳納點選址研究是解決當(dāng)前“三農(nóng)問題”、實施我國“一帶一路”、全面建設(shè)小康社會的關(guān)鍵課題,而當(dāng)前大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境為電費繳納點的合理布局提供了一個新的研究思路。根據(jù)冀北省公司下面各地市、區(qū)縣、供電所等各電力企業(yè)內(nèi)部的差異化需求,形成了冀北電力公司的營銷業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的功能性需求和非功能性需求。該系統(tǒng)采用的技術(shù)是J2EE架構(gòu)技術(shù)。我之所以選擇J2EE技術(shù),是因為它有可伸縮性、高效的開發(fā)、支持異構(gòu)環(huán)境以及眾多框架。本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外電公力司發(fā)展的多種模式及國內(nèi)電力營銷的基本現(xiàn)狀。透過政策,分析了電網(wǎng)企業(yè),用戶兩大市場主體及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù),對電力營銷的交易方式,交易要求,交易價格,結(jié)算方式與現(xiàn)有模式進行對比。結(jié)合用電客戶關(guān)系建立、電費核算發(fā)行等基本業(yè)務(wù)需求,全面考慮政策逐步落地和電價策略多樣的特點以及系統(tǒng)性能、可靠性、可擴展性等非功能性要求,介紹了作者應(yīng)用信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目中的基本方法,進行需求分析,總體設(shè)計,詳細設(shè)計的過程,實現(xiàn)了滿足電力企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)需求,具有廣泛適用性的電力營銷業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The foundation of our national economy development is electric power. Our country has already made certain achievements in the field of electric power marketing. The sg186 marketing system launched by the State Network Company makes us take a big step forward in the field of marketing. Hebei North Electric Power Company positively responds to the "three sets and five" policy put forward by China National Network Company, which involves the fields of planning, construction, operation, production, marketing and so on. In order to respond positively to the country's slogan of "information construction" and to realize the construction of a country of information enterprises, we have done sufficient demand research work driven by policies and the internal demand of power enterprises. In this way, great contribution has been made to the construction of electric power marketing system. The study on the location of electricity payment points in agricultural power business areas is a key issue in solving the current "three rural issues", implementing "Belt and Road" in our country, and building a well-off society in an all-round way. The current big data environment provides a new research idea for the reasonable layout of electricity payment points. According to the different demands of the power enterprises such as the prefectures, districts, counties, power supply stations and so on, the functional and non-functional requirements of the marketing business management system of the Hebei North Power Company are formed. The technology used in this system is J2EE architecture technology. I chose J2EE technology because of its scalability, efficient development, support for heterogeneous environments and many frameworks. This paper first introduces the development of domestic and foreign power division of various modes and the basic status of domestic electricity marketing. Through the policy, this paper analyzes the power grid enterprises, users and related business, and compares the trading mode, transaction requirement, transaction price and settlement mode with the existing mode. Combining with the basic business requirements such as the establishment of power customer relationship, the issue of electricity accounting and so on, considering the characteristics of policy step by step and various pricing strategies, as well as the non-functional requirements such as system performance, reliability, extensibility, etc., This paper introduces the basic method of the author's application information system construction project, carries on the demand analysis, the overall design, the detailed design process, has realized the electric power marketing service system which satisfies the electric power enterprise service demand, has the widespread applicability.
