【摘要】:本文以物流信息平臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象,通過競爭戰(zhàn)略理論,著重分析行業(yè)平臺(tái)的競爭環(huán)境,探討56114物流網(wǎng)的競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇。首先,本文第一章緒論部分介紹了56114物流網(wǎng)的企業(yè)背景,闡述了論文的研究意義和研究方法。在第二章回顧了物流信息平臺(tái)的概念和作用,介紹了國內(nèi)外物流信息平臺(tái)的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。第三章介紹了競爭戰(zhàn)略理論,借用邁克爾波特的五力模型和三大戰(zhàn)略展開敘述。第四章是本文的核心章節(jié),在這一章,深刻分析了56114物流網(wǎng)面臨的發(fā)展環(huán)境,分別在宏觀層面,行業(yè)方面以及競爭環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入的分析。第五章結(jié)合了競爭戰(zhàn)略理論和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),分別基于環(huán)境,資源和注意力角度,從運(yùn)營、營銷、財(cái)務(wù)三個(gè)方面對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的競爭戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)56114物流網(wǎng)的戰(zhàn)略選擇提供了有效指導(dǎo)。第六章主要寫的是56114物流網(wǎng)的戰(zhàn)略選擇和實(shí)施,通過與菜鳥網(wǎng)的對(duì)比制定了差異化戰(zhàn)略,在商業(yè)模式和營銷策略上闡述了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the logistics information platform as the research object, through the competition strategy theory, emphatically analyzes the competition environment of the industry platform, and probes into the competition strategy choice of the 56114 logistics network. First, the first chapter introduces the enterprise background of 56114 logistics network, expounds the research significance and research method of this paper. In the second chapter, the concept and function of logistics information platform are reviewed, and the research status and development of logistics information platform at home and abroad are introduced. The third chapter introduces the theory of competition strategy, using Michael Porter's five-force model and three strategies. The fourth chapter is the core chapter of this paper, in this chapter, the development environment of 56114 logistics network is deeply analyzed, respectively in the macroscopic level, the industry aspect and the competition environment has carried on the thorough analysis. The fifth chapter combines the theory of competition strategy and the characteristics of the Internet industry, based on the environment, resources and attention respectively, from the operation, marketing, financial aspects of the analysis of the Internet industry's competitive strategy. It provides effective guidance to the strategic choice of 56114 logistics network. The sixth chapter mainly describes the strategic choice and implementation of the 56114 logistics network, through the comparison with the Cainiao network to formulate the differentiation strategy, in the business model and marketing strategy described the implementation of the strategy path.
