【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會是信息化和學(xué)習(xí)型的社會,終身教育和學(xué)習(xí)才能滿足人們對提高自我的需求。中國每年有超過3億人要接受教育或再教育,但由于經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展的地域不平衡性等種種原因,使得優(yōu)秀的教育資源過度集中,教育服務(wù)市場遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于教育市場的發(fā)展需要。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展、網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬的不斷增大和智能終端的普及,在線教育將是未來一個極其重要的學(xué)習(xí)途徑。在線教育的關(guān)鍵是創(chuàng)設(shè)能夠促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)者主動學(xué)習(xí)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,而學(xué)習(xí)者在網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中的學(xué)習(xí)活動離不開在線教育支撐平臺的支持。在在線教育實(shí)施過程中,在線教育平支撐臺起著基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的作用。在線教育概念可以理解為通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),電子通訊技術(shù)等進(jìn)行內(nèi)容傳播、分享、互動,是一種高效快速學(xué)習(xí)的方法。是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)教育的結(jié)合,相比傳統(tǒng)教育,在線教育的優(yōu)勢主要在于:1、不受時間、空間的限制,非常靈活的能夠獲取知識和信息;2、隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展和移動終端普及,改變了多數(shù)人的閱讀和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,以零碎時間,即碎片化時間學(xué)習(xí)正呈現(xiàn)發(fā)展之勢。3、內(nèi)容與形式呈現(xiàn)豐富、多樣化,除了學(xué)前教育、K12教育、學(xué)歷教育,還包括各類語言類培訓(xùn)、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)、興趣教育等細(xì)分領(lǐng)域。本項(xiàng)目--“O2O在線教育平臺”是一個跨終端(智能電視、PC、平板電腦、手機(jī))的在線教育O2O平臺APP,它利用WebRTC(網(wǎng)頁瀏覽器實(shí)時語音對話或視頻對話的技術(shù))與網(wǎng)絡(luò)電子白板技術(shù)結(jié)合,具有點(diǎn)播課堂、直播課堂、互動輔導(dǎo)功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)線上教學(xué)與線下面授教育完美結(jié)合。借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng),每個人可以隨時隨地進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)員與教師即使相隔萬里也可以開展教學(xué)活動,真正打破了時間和空間的限制,讓用戶隨時、隨地、低成本的按需獲取教育服務(wù)資源,使教育加速向虛擬化、開放化、分享化等方向轉(zhuǎn)變,真正給傳統(tǒng)教育行業(yè)帶來顛覆性的變革。本文對“O2O在線教育平臺”進(jìn)行行業(yè)分析、目標(biāo)市場和SWOT分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估、營銷計(jì)劃、財(cái)務(wù)分析等全面的商業(yè)環(huán)境分析。通過商業(yè)計(jì)劃書的可行性分析,得出本項(xiàng)目的商業(yè)開發(fā)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Today's society is a society of information and learning, lifelong education and learning can meet the needs of people to improve themselves. More than 300 million people in China receive education or re-education every year. However, due to the regional imbalance of economic and cultural development and other reasons, excellent educational resources are over-concentrated, and the educational service market lags far behind the development needs of the education market. With the further development of Internet technology, the increasing of network bandwidth and the popularization of intelligent terminals, online education will be an extremely important way of learning in the future. The key of online education is to create an online learning environment that can promote learners' active learning, and learners' learning activities in online learning environment can not be separated from the support of online education support platform. In the implementation of online education, online education flat support platform plays the role of infrastructure. The concept of online education can be understood as the transmission, sharing and interaction of content through network technology and electronic communication technology. It is an efficient and fast learning method. It is the combination of Internet technology and traditional education. Compared with traditional education, the advantage of online education is mainly in the proportion of 1, which is not limited by time and space. Very flexible access to knowledge and information. With the development of the mobile Internet and the popularity of mobile terminals, it has changed the reading and learning habits of most people in a piecemeal amount of time. That is, fragmentation of time learning is showing a trend of development. 3, the content and form of rich, diversified, in addition to pre-school education K12, academic education, but also includes all kinds of language training, vocational training, interest education and other subdivision fields. This project-"O2O online education platform" is a cross-terminal (smart TV PC, tablet computer, APP, an O2O platform for online education based on mobile phone, combines WebRTC (Web browser real-time voice dialogue or video dialogue technology) with network whiteboard technology. It has the functions of on-demand classroom, live classroom, interactive tutoring. Realize the perfect combination of online teaching and offline education. With the help of the Internet, everyone can study anytime and anywhere, and students and teachers can also carry out teaching activities even if they are thousands of miles apart, truly breaking the time and space constraints, allowing users to anytime, anywhere, The low-cost on-demand access to educational service resources makes education accelerate to virtualization, openness, sharing, and so on, which really brings about subversive changes to the traditional education industry. This paper analyzes the business environment of "O2O online education platform", such as industry analysis, target market and SWOT analysis, risk assessment, marketing plan, financial analysis and so on. Through the feasibility analysis of the business plan, the commercial development conclusion of this project is obtained.
