【摘要】:隨著電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展與電網(wǎng)的建設(shè),電力調(diào)度一詞應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,伴隨電網(wǎng)規(guī);c電網(wǎng)互聯(lián),電力數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)調(diào)度由簡(jiǎn)單發(fā)展到復(fù)雜,由一級(jí)調(diào)度發(fā)展到多級(jí)調(diào)度,逐步形成了集中、協(xié)調(diào)一致的分級(jí)管理體系。面對(duì)電力行業(yè)“信息孤島”的問(wèn)題,其管理的難度和有效性問(wèn)題日漸突出,多個(gè)實(shí)時(shí)或非實(shí)時(shí)的監(jiān)視、控制和管理數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng),如生產(chǎn)大區(qū)的EMS數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)電壓控制AVC、電能計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、故障錄波、變電站集控?cái)?shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)和管理大區(qū)的調(diào)度管理信息數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)DMIS、生產(chǎn)管理數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、電氣設(shè)備狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)、計(jì)劃和統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)等對(duì)電網(wǎng)安全生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理起到了不可替代的作用。然而在每個(gè)單獨(dú)系統(tǒng)最大效能的發(fā)揮各自應(yīng)用作用的同時(shí),也出現(xiàn)了諸如在公司內(nèi)部管理和技術(shù)方面很多問(wèn)題,如何從根本上解決這一問(wèn)題,發(fā)揮各系統(tǒng)的作用,是擺在面前的一大問(wèn)題。論文選取數(shù)據(jù)管理為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建和管理問(wèn)題。解決問(wèn)題思路主要分為兩條主線:一是從技術(shù)方面,針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、數(shù)據(jù)管理現(xiàn)狀、數(shù)據(jù)管理存在的問(wèn)題等情況,構(gòu)建電網(wǎng)調(diào)度綜合數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái),提出了總體方案、硬件拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu),解決了電力行業(yè)“信息孤島”的問(wèn)題;二是從企業(yè)管理角度出發(fā),針對(duì)目前電網(wǎng)調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)管理方面存在的問(wèn)題,提出了要建立協(xié)調(diào)的數(shù)據(jù)管理組織機(jī)構(gòu),建立完善的數(shù)據(jù)管理績(jī)效考核機(jī)制和人員培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,保證數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)的正常運(yùn)行,保證數(shù)據(jù)交換與共享更加流暢,使數(shù)據(jù)資源得到更加充分的利用。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power industry and the construction of power network, the term "power dispatching" emerges as the times require. Along with the scale of power grid and the interconnection of power network, the dispatching of power data platform develops from simple to complex, from primary dispatching to multilevel dispatching. Gradually formed a centralized, coordinated hierarchical management system. Faced with the problem of "information isolated island" in electric power industry, the difficulty and effectiveness of its management are becoming more and more prominent. Many real-time or non-real-time monitoring, control and management data systems, such as EMS data system in production area, load forecasting data system, are used. Automatic voltage control AVC, electric energy metering data system, fault recording, substation centralized control data system and management information data system DMISs, production management data system, on-line monitoring of electrical equipment status, planning and statistical data system, Marketing data system and financial data system play an irreplaceable role in safe production, operation and management of power grid. However, while the maximum effectiveness of each individual system is playing its respective role in application, many problems such as internal management and technology have emerged. How to fundamentally solve this problem and play the role of each system, Is a big problem before us. In this paper, data management is selected as the research object, and the construction and management of data platform are studied. The main idea of solving the problem is divided into two main lines: first, from the technical aspect, in view of the domestic and foreign research status, data management problems and other situations, build the integrated data management platform of power grid dispatching, and put forward the overall plan. Hardware topology and software architecture solve the problem of "information isolated island" in electric power industry. Second, from the point of view of enterprise management, the paper aims at the problems existing in the data management of power grid dispatching. In order to ensure the normal operation of the data management platform and ensure the smooth exchange and sharing of data, it is proposed to establish a coordinated data management organization, establish a perfect data management performance appraisal mechanism and personnel training mechanism. Make full use of data resources.
