【摘要】:黨的十八大以來,金融改革步伐明顯加快,國(guó)家陸續(xù)出臺(tái)了一系列市場(chǎng)化、國(guó)際化的金融改革政策。受市場(chǎng)需求、監(jiān)管放寬、同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇等因素影響,傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行受到巨大沖擊。人才歷來被視為商業(yè)銀行的“第一生產(chǎn)力”,是市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵因素。員工職業(yè)生涯管理是人力資源管理的重要內(nèi)容,近年來越來越受到企業(yè)的關(guān)注。商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展與員工管理以及員工的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展是密切相關(guān)。支行和營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)是商業(yè)銀行營(yíng)銷和服務(wù)的橋頭堡,直接代表著商業(yè)銀行的形象和水平。A銀行擁有我國(guó)覆蓋面最廣的商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,以建設(shè)零售業(yè)務(wù)大行強(qiáng)行為發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的必要條件是有高素質(zhì)的基層員工營(yíng)銷服務(wù)隊(duì)伍,服務(wù)于基層員工的職業(yè)生涯管理是A銀行必然的選擇。本文以“A銀行Q分行基層員工職業(yè)生涯管理體系的設(shè)計(jì)”為論題,采取各類調(diào)查研究的方法,查找A銀行Q分行在人力資源管理和職業(yè)生涯管理中存在的不足,以國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)生涯管理理論和實(shí)踐以及企業(yè)實(shí)際情況為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)出基層員工的職業(yè)生涯管理體系方案。方案優(yōu)化了基層員工的職業(yè)發(fā)展通道,設(shè)計(jì)了職業(yè)生涯管理電子信息系統(tǒng)和員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃流程,提出了職業(yè)生涯各個(gè)時(shí)期的管理重點(diǎn)和保障措施,構(gòu)建了較為系統(tǒng)和完善的職業(yè)生涯管理體系,以期能夠填補(bǔ)A銀行Q分行在基層員工職業(yè)生涯管理方面的空白,為分行的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供人才保障,促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
