【摘要】:我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展以及國(guó)家電力市場(chǎng)化改革的深入推進(jìn),使得我國(guó)電力行業(yè)迎來(lái)了新的歷史任務(wù)和挑戰(zhàn)。國(guó)家城市經(jīng)濟(jì)和建設(shè)的發(fā)展也帶來(lái)了電力需求的增長(zhǎng)和變化,作為轉(zhuǎn)型改革后的以市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷開(kāi)拓和電力需求側(cè)的管理服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向的國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司,早在2006年便提出了全面實(shí)施“SG186工程”的計(jì)劃,用于建設(shè)電網(wǎng)信息化,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)從任務(wù)型向服務(wù)型的全面轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。作為市級(jí)供電企業(yè)的國(guó)網(wǎng)四川省電力公司資陽(yáng)供電公司在伴隨電網(wǎng)信息化建設(shè)的浪潮中,也完成了企業(yè)級(jí)信息集成系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)了各業(yè)務(wù)工作的信息化管理和各應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)共享。而當(dāng)電力信息化改革的不斷深入,作為市級(jí)的供電企業(yè),如何利用電網(wǎng)信息化中的大量數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)電力市場(chǎng)、客戶需求進(jìn)行分析判斷,從而得出有利于企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升和供電服務(wù)能力的指導(dǎo)策略,為企業(yè)營(yíng)銷管理提供輔助決策成為了新的歷史任務(wù)。本文在結(jié)合我國(guó)市級(jí)供電公司電力營(yíng)銷管理的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)電力大數(shù)據(jù)背景下的市級(jí)營(yíng)銷分析系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究和設(shè)計(jì),提出了新的思路和解決方案。構(gòu)建了基于大數(shù)據(jù)的營(yíng)銷決策分析體系,結(jié)合市級(jí)供電公司在營(yíng)銷決策分析中的要求,完成了系統(tǒng)中電力營(yíng)銷數(shù)據(jù)分析、電力客戶分析、電力市場(chǎng)分析、綜合查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表等主要功能模塊設(shè)計(jì),并給出了系統(tǒng)的核心的基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)流程圖。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能和性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,其結(jié)果證明,系統(tǒng)的功能符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,能夠滿足用戶功能需求。該系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式進(jìn)行架構(gòu),使用Java為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)采用MyEclipse + tomcat,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用Oracle 10G。該系統(tǒng)在資陽(yáng)供電公司的有效實(shí)施,提高了該供電公司營(yíng)銷業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的企業(yè)級(jí)分析能力和需求預(yù)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性,對(duì)營(yíng)銷服務(wù)能力的提升有指導(dǎo)意義,使得資源供電公司的電力營(yíng)銷業(yè)務(wù)管理工作水平提上新臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of the reform of national electric power market, the electric power industry of our country is facing new historical tasks and challenges. The development of national urban economy and construction has also brought about the growth and change of power demand. As early as 2006, the plan of "SG186 Project" was put forward, which was used to construct the information system of power grid, and realized the transformation and upgrade of power grid enterprise from mission type to service type. As a municipal power supply enterprise, Ziyang Power supply Company of Sichuan Electric Power Company, as a municipal power supply enterprise, has also completed the construction of enterprise level information integration system in the tide of information construction of power grid. Effectively realize the information management of each business work and the data sharing among the application systems. With the deepening of the reform of electric power informatization, as a municipal power supply enterprise, how to analyze and judge the power market and customer demand by using a large number of data in power network informatization, Therefore, it is a new historical task to obtain the guiding strategies that are conducive to the promotion of enterprise market competitiveness and the ability of power supply and service, and to provide assistant decision-making for enterprise marketing management. Combined with the current situation of power marketing management of municipal power supply companies in China, this paper makes a detailed study and design of the municipal marketing analysis system under the background of power big data, and puts forward new ideas and solutions. A marketing decision analysis system based on big data is constructed. According to the requirements of the municipal power supply company in the marketing decision analysis, the power marketing data analysis, electric power customer analysis, power market analysis, comprehensive inquiry are completed in the system. The main function modules such as statistical report are designed, and the core basic business flow chart of the system is given. Finally, the function and performance of the system are tested. The results show that the function of the system meets the design requirements and can meet the functional requirements of users. The system is based on B / S mode, Java is used as the development language, MyEclipse tomcatis is used as the development platform, and Oracle 10G is used in the database. The effective implementation of the system in Ziyang Power supply Company improves the enterprise level analysis ability of the marketing business data of the power supply company and the accuracy of demand prediction. It is of guiding significance to the promotion of marketing service ability. The management level of power marketing business of resource power supply company is raised to a new level.
