【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在賦予人們信息便利的同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了眾多隱患,其中包括信息泄露、惡意營(yíng)銷、人肉搜索等"網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力"。網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)的虛擬空間,用語(yǔ)言、文字、圖片等對(duì)人進(jìn)行傷害,是對(duì)正義的誤讀、對(duì)隱私權(quán)的踐踏,是一種多數(shù)人的暴政與狂歡,更是對(duì)現(xiàn)行法律和倫理的挑戰(zhàn)。為此,我們提出:建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)名制,提高個(gè)人的責(zé)任意識(shí)和法律意識(shí);倡導(dǎo)"被遺忘權(quán)",保護(hù)大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的個(gè)人隱私;同時(shí),我們呼吁同情心回歸網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。
[Abstract]:Internet not only gives people information convenience, but also brings many hidden dangers, including information leakage, malicious marketing, human flesh search and other "network violence." With the help of the virtual space of the network, network violence hurts people with language, writing, pictures and so on. It is a misreading of justice, trampling on the right to privacy, a tyranny and carnival of most people, and a challenge to the current law and ethics. Therefore, we propose to establish a real name system on the Internet, to enhance the sense of responsibility and law of individuals, to advocate the right to be forgotten and to protect the privacy of individuals in the era of big data, and at the same time, we call for the return of compassion to cyberspace.
