【摘要】：國際貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)作為一個重要的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)行業(yè),在服務(wù)對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易、吸引外資、擴(kuò)大就業(yè)、發(fā)展第三方物流等方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用。隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)和對外貿(mào)易的增長放緩,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)必然轉(zhuǎn)型,而國際貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)的競爭也會加劇。為了適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的發(fā)展和變化,保持并開發(fā)企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢從而維持企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,進(jìn)行新的競爭戰(zhàn)略研究已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)的一項迫切任務(wù)。本文采用理論結(jié)合實際的方法,通過對凱恩(中國)貨運(yùn)代理有限公司(下簡稱“凱恩中國”)的深入分析,綜合運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理等管理理論,制定凱恩中國的競爭戰(zhàn)略和實施措施,以促進(jìn)凱恩中國在激烈的行業(yè)競爭中建立并保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的綜合競爭優(yōu)勢。本文首先基于PEST框架對貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了研究；其次運(yùn)用波特競爭戰(zhàn)略理論中的五力模型分析企業(yè)的競爭環(huán)境；在分析凱恩中國內(nèi)部資源的基礎(chǔ)上,以SWOT分析方法,指明凱恩中國所面臨的機(jī)會和威脅以及自身的優(yōu)勢與劣勢；根據(jù)以上幾方面的研究,提出總體戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)；最后從營銷、服務(wù)、信息技術(shù)、采購方面提出實施措施,在財務(wù)、人員配置、組織構(gòu)架、企業(yè)文化方面闡述如何保障。本文主要運(yùn)用SWOT分析法、競爭五力模型等分析方法,希望得出的發(fā)展策略對凱恩中國的發(fā)展有指導(dǎo)意義,同時也希望對其他國際貨運(yùn)行業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展有指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As an important modern service industry, international freight forwarder plays an irreplaceable role in serving foreign economy and trade, attracting foreign capital, expanding employment and developing third party logistics. As China's economy and foreign trade slow down, China's economy is bound to transform and competition in the international freight forwarding industry will intensify. In order to adapt to the development and change of the economic environment, maintain and develop the competitive advantage of the enterprise and maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise, it has become an urgent task for the freight forwarder to carry out the new competitive strategy research. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, through the thorough analysis of Kane (China) Freight forwarding Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Kane China"), synthetically applies the management theory, such as strategic management, etc. To establish and maintain the comprehensive competitive advantage of sustainable development in the fierce industry competition in Kane China. This paper first studies the macroeconomic environment of freight forwarding industry based on PEST framework; secondly, analyzes the competitive environment of enterprises by using the five-force model in Porter's competitive strategy theory; and analyzes the internal resources of Kane in China. With the method of SWOT analysis, the paper points out the opportunities and threats faced by Kane China and its own strengths and weaknesses. According to the above research, it puts forward the overall strategy, competitive strategy and strategic objectives. The purchasing aspect proposes the implementation measure, in the finance, the staffing, the organization structure, the enterprise culture aspect elaborated how to safeguard. This article mainly uses the SWOT analysis method, the competition five forces model and so on analysis method, the hope obtains the development strategy to have the guidance significance to the Kane China development, but also hopes to have the guidance and the reference significance to the other international freight industry enterprise development.
