【摘要】:文章首先論述了應(yīng)用本科院校就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)狀:對就業(yè)服務(wù)的重視程度不夠,就業(yè)服務(wù)工作隊伍的專業(yè)性不強,專業(yè)設(shè)置與社會需求脫節(jié),就業(yè)服務(wù)的內(nèi)容陳舊、形式單一,就業(yè)服務(wù)過程缺乏連貫性,缺乏主動營銷的意識,就業(yè)服務(wù)信息平臺建設(shè)落后。然后論述了質(zhì)量觀下的應(yīng)用本科院校就業(yè)服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建:強化政府職能,緩解民生壓力;培養(yǎng)服務(wù)團隊,建立監(jiān)督機制;增強意識培養(yǎng),樹立就業(yè)觀念;強化校企合作,實施訂單培養(yǎng);完善課程設(shè)置,強化跟進意識;建立信息平臺,拓寬就業(yè)渠道。
[Abstract]:The article first discusses the present situation of employment service system in applied undergraduate colleges: the degree of attention to employment service is not enough, the professional work force of employment service is not strong, the specialty setting is out of touch with the social demand, the content of employment service is out of date. Single form, lack of continuity in employment service process, lack of awareness of active marketing, backward construction of employment service information platform. Then it discusses the construction of employment service system of applied undergraduate colleges under the view of quality: strengthening government function, relieving people's livelihood pressure, training service team, establishing supervision mechanism, strengthening consciousness training, setting up employment concept, strengthening cooperation between school and enterprise. Carry out order training; perfect curriculum, strengthen follow-up consciousness; establish information platform and broaden employment channels.
