【摘要】：正商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務(wù),是指商業(yè)銀行以自然人或家庭及小企業(yè)為服務(wù)對(duì)象,提供各類金融服務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)。零售業(yè)務(wù)具有領(lǐng)域廣、數(shù)量多、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散、獲利穩(wěn)健、附加值高、抵御經(jīng)濟(jì)波動(dòng)能力強(qiáng)等諸多特點(diǎn),很容易成為銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定支撐和金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的重點(diǎn)區(qū)。零售業(yè)務(wù)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)興起較早,目前在國(guó)際先進(jìn)銀行中已發(fā)展成熟并成為業(yè)務(wù)重心,其中典型代表就是花旗銀行和富國(guó)銀行�；ㄆ煦y行從大多數(shù)銀行都以對(duì)公業(yè)務(wù)為主的20世紀(jì)70年代中期就開始重視零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展了,
[Abstract]:The retail business of commercial banks refers to the business of providing all kinds of financial services to natural persons, families and small enterprises. Retail business has many characteristics such as wide field, large quantity, scattered risk, steady profit, high added value, strong ability to resist economic fluctuation and so on. It is easy to become a stable support for the development of banking business and a key area for financial product innovation. Retail business has been developed in developed countries and regions, and has become the center of business in the international advanced banks. The typical representatives of retail business are Citibank and Wells Fargo. Citibank began to attach importance to the development of retail business in the mid-1970s, when most banks were mainly in the public sector.
