【摘要】：本著服務(wù)現(xiàn)實(shí)、內(nèi)容完備、科學(xué)系統(tǒng)、方便查閱的原則設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容框架,可設(shè)年度發(fā)展概況、重要文獻(xiàn)與專文、年度發(fā)展述評(píng)、地區(qū)發(fā)展綜述、重大活動(dòng)與年度專題、政策法規(guī)、先進(jìn)典范、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大事記、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、國(guó)際資料、年度圖書與論點(diǎn)、附錄與索引等一級(jí)類目。在編纂組織上,則要明晰出版理念、創(chuàng)新體制、理順機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)機(jī)構(gòu)與編纂隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、提高時(shí)效性、開展全媒體與全版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)、精心選擇條目、認(rèn)真撰寫條目、優(yōu)化表現(xiàn)方式、踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任、做好發(fā)行營(yíng)銷。
[Abstract]:In line with the principles of serving reality, complete content, scientific system and easy to consult, we can design the content framework, can set up annual development overview, important literature and articles, annual development review, regional development review, major activities and annual special topics, policies and regulations, Advanced models, Internet memorabilia, basic data, international information, annual books and arguments, appendices and indexes, and so on. In the compilation organization, we should clarify the publishing idea, innovate the system, rationalize the mechanism, strengthen the construction of the organization and the compilation team, improve the timeliness, carry out the whole media and the whole copyright operation, carefully select the entry, write the item carefully, and optimize the expression way. Practice social responsibility, do a good job of distribution marketing.
