大規(guī)模定制平衡判斷模型研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀,在外部多元化市場環(huán)境的拉動力和內(nèi)部新興技術(shù)發(fā)展的推動力雙重作用下,企業(yè)通過實施大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式為客戶提供定制化的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式融合了大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)模式規(guī);瘞淼牡统杀緝(yōu)勢和定制生產(chǎn)模式定制化帶來的高收益優(yōu)勢,使得企業(yè)可以以較低的成本快速響應(yīng)客戶需求,為客戶提供定制化的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),滿足客戶個性化需求,實現(xiàn)客戶價值,從而為企業(yè)帶來較高的收益,最終實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤的增長。因此,企業(yè)實施大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式的一個關(guān)鍵就是在規(guī);c定制化、成本與收益之間做出權(quán)衡,實現(xiàn)大規(guī)模定制平衡,贏得利潤。以此為背景,本研究的主要目的是對實施大規(guī)模定制的企業(yè)進行平衡判斷,從而為企業(yè)下一階段戰(zhàn)略方向提供指導(dǎo)。首先,通過對國內(nèi)外大規(guī)模定制相關(guān)文獻的系統(tǒng)化分析,指出當(dāng)前對大規(guī)模定制平衡相關(guān)理論體系的研究比較缺乏,充分揭示了進行大規(guī)模定制平衡判斷模型研究的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。其次,在大規(guī)模定制相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對大規(guī)模定制平衡相關(guān)理論進行了闡述,提出了大規(guī)模定制平衡策略模型,構(gòu)建了較為完整的大規(guī)模定制平衡理論方法體系。再次,從市場環(huán)境、企業(yè)能力、產(chǎn)品角度出發(fā),分析了大規(guī)模定制平衡關(guān)鍵影響因素,重點研究了企業(yè)市場營銷能力、供應(yīng)鏈管理能力、生產(chǎn)運作能力、組織管理能力。最后,立足于企業(yè),構(gòu)建了大規(guī)模定制平衡判斷模型體系,采用標桿比較判斷方法和模糊綜合評估方法實現(xiàn)定性分析和定量計算。選取機械裝備制造企業(yè)為例進行實證研究,借助于相關(guān)計算軟件完成結(jié)果分析,并且給出企業(yè)下一階段發(fā)展方向和改進建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, under the dual action of the external diversified market environment and the driving force of the development of internal emerging technology, enterprises provide customized products and services to customers through the implementation of mass customization production model. Mass customization (MC) model combines the low cost advantage brought by large-scale production model and the high profit advantage brought by customization production model, which enables enterprises to quickly respond to customer demand at lower cost. To provide customers with customized products and services, to meet the needs of individual customers, to achieve customer value, so as to bring higher profits for enterprises, and ultimately to achieve the growth of corporate profits. Therefore, the key to implement mass customization production model is to make a balance between the scale and customization, between cost and income, to achieve mass customization balance and to gain profits. Against this background, the main purpose of this study is to judge the balance of the enterprises implementing mass customization, thus providing guidance for the strategic direction of enterprises in the next stage. First of all, through the systematic analysis of domestic and foreign mass customization related literature, it is pointed out that the current research on mass customization balance related theoretical system is relatively lacking. It fully reveals the theoretical value and practical significance of the research on mass customization balance judgment model. Secondly, based on the theory of mass customization, this paper expounds the theory of mass customization balance, puts forward a model of mass customization equilibrium strategy, and constructs a relatively complete system of mass customization equilibrium theory and method. Thirdly, from the point of view of market environment, enterprise capability and product, this paper analyzes the key factors of mass customization balance, and focuses on enterprise marketing ability, supply chain management ability, production operation ability and organization management ability. Finally, based on the enterprise, a mass customization balance judgment model system is constructed. The benchmarking comparison method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to realize qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. This paper selects the mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example to carry on the demonstration research, completes the result analysis with the aid of the related calculation software, and gives the enterprise next stage development direction and the improvement suggestion.
