【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)作為農(nóng)村新興產(chǎn)業(yè),對促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高農(nóng)民收入、保護優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)文化等具有重要作用。本文以安徽省六安市為例,采用層次分析法構(gòu)建了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)效益評價體系。結(jié)果顯示:在現(xiàn)階段,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益要大于生態(tài)效益與社會效益;休閑農(nóng)業(yè)總收入、不同類型景點個數(shù)、游客接待總量、空氣質(zhì)量、森林覆蓋率的權(quán)重較大,均超過6%。同時,采用模糊數(shù)學評價法測算出六安市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的隸屬度為"優(yōu)"。最后,基于中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新形勢與本文研究結(jié)果,提出了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路徑:創(chuàng)新開發(fā)模式、注重綠色發(fā)展、優(yōu)化營銷模式和完善規(guī)章制度等。
[Abstract]:As a new industry in rural areas, leisure agriculture plays an important role in promoting the development of rural economy, optimizing industrial structure, raising farmers' income and protecting excellent traditional agricultural culture.This paper takes Lu'an City, Anhui Province as an example, and constructs the evaluation system of leisure agriculture benefit by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The results showed that at present, the economic benefit of leisure agriculture was greater than that of ecological and social benefits, the total income of leisure agriculture, the number of different types of scenic spots, the total number of tourists, the air quality and the weight of forest coverage were more than 6%.At the same time, the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method is used to calculate that the membership degree of leisure agriculture in Luan City is excellent.Finally, based on the new situation of China's economic development and the research results of this paper, this paper puts forward the path of sustainable development of leisure agriculture: innovative development mode, focusing on green development, optimizing marketing model and perfecting rules and regulations.
