【摘要】：文章基于浙江省民營(yíng)文藝表演團(tuán)體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),從宏觀政策背景、組織管理模式、人事管理模式、創(chuàng)作營(yíng)銷模式等方面分析浙江省民營(yíng)文藝表演團(tuán)體發(fā)展面臨的困境與機(jī)遇,認(rèn)為當(dāng)下民營(yíng)文藝表演團(tuán)體應(yīng)該抓住國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的契機(jī),以文化治理理念為指導(dǎo),立足現(xiàn)代文化市場(chǎng)體系建設(shè),準(zhǔn)確把握行業(yè)、市場(chǎng)、政府、協(xié)會(huì)的關(guān)系,努力探索轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of the development of private performing groups in Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the macro policy background, organizational management model and personnel management model.Based on the analysis of the difficulties and opportunities faced by the development of private performing groups in Zhejiang Province from the aspects of creation and marketing mode, this paper holds that the private performing groups should seize the opportunity of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Guided by the concept of cultural governance and based on the construction of modern cultural market system, we should grasp the relationship among industry, market, government and association, and try our best to explore the path of transformation and development.
