國網(wǎng)蒙東電力服務(wù)文化體系建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:國網(wǎng)蒙東電力自從2009年整體劃轉(zhuǎn)國家電網(wǎng)公司以來,營銷服務(wù)體系不斷完善,服務(wù)能力持續(xù)提升。2012年以來,面對深化“三集五大”體系建設(shè)、踐行群眾路線等新形勢、新任務(wù)和新要求,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的重要性日益增強,而“三集五大”新體系帶來的人員、職能和工作界面等調(diào)整,也給營銷服務(wù)體系帶來不小的挑戰(zhàn)。如何深化統(tǒng)一企業(yè)文化在“三集五大”后的營銷服務(wù)體系中的落地實踐,持續(xù)推進統(tǒng)一企業(yè)文化與核心工作有機融合,引導(dǎo)廣大干部員工認知認同并在具體崗位上恪守和踐行統(tǒng)一價值理念,已成為新時期企業(yè)文化工作的重要內(nèi)容,也是企業(yè)文化建設(shè)進一步深化面臨的重點課題。本文首先對電力服務(wù)行業(yè)當前面臨的形勢進行了全面、深入的分析,并以此為依據(jù)提出了國網(wǎng)蒙東電力服務(wù)文化體系建設(shè)的重要性、緊迫性和必然性。由此得出“建立一套蒙東電力獨具特色的服務(wù)文化體系將是對這些問題的最好解決辦法,也是管理提升的最佳途徑。”的結(jié)論。全面分析了國網(wǎng)蒙電力服務(wù)文化體系建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,然后提出建設(shè)的整體思路。分別從體系建設(shè)定位、落地支撐、利益相關(guān)方訴求、建設(shè)策略、建設(shè)關(guān)注點等多方面和多角度進行考慮設(shè)計。建立一套既呼應(yīng)國家電網(wǎng)又兼具蒙東特色的省級電力公司服務(wù)文化體系。同時,該服務(wù)文化體系的建立還考慮到促進社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、適應(yīng)電力體制改革、提升客戶價值、推動企業(yè)和員工共同發(fā)展等方方面面。最終,從服務(wù)理念、服務(wù)行為、服務(wù)形象三方面來確定蒙東服務(wù)文化體系建設(shè)的具體關(guān)注點。從而構(gòu)建出一套完整的服務(wù)文化體系并有效發(fā)揮文化建設(shè)的保障和引領(lǐng)作用,為“三集五大”體系建設(shè)提供了文化支撐。

Based on this, the author puts forward the importance, urgency and inevitability of the construction of the service culture system of Mendong electric power in China's power network. From this, it is concluded that "establishing a unique service culture system of Mendong Electric Power will be the best solution to these problems." It is also the best way to improve management. "the conclusion is that this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the construction of national power service culture system, and then puts forward the overall thinking of the construction. From the position of system construction, the ground support, the demand of stakeholders, the construction strategy, respectively, Construction concerns and other aspects and angles to consider the design. Three aspects of service image to determine the specific focus on the construction of Mengdong service culture system, so as to build a complete service culture system and effectively play a role in ensuring and leading cultural construction.
