【摘要】：C網(wǎng)拆分與網(wǎng)通合并后的新聯(lián)通成立,中國(guó)聯(lián)通固網(wǎng)與移網(wǎng)獨(dú)立的計(jì)費(fèi)管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)限制了企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案的實(shí)現(xiàn)。中國(guó)聯(lián)通需要一個(gè)綜合的、高性能的、可擴(kuò)展的真正融合的統(tǒng)一平臺(tái)的計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)來(lái)滿足企業(yè)各方面的需要。計(jì)費(fèi)賬務(wù)處理子系統(tǒng)是聯(lián)通運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)中最重要的系統(tǒng),是實(shí)現(xiàn)固網(wǎng)與移網(wǎng)單產(chǎn)品計(jì)費(fèi)及融合業(yè)務(wù)捆綁多產(chǎn)品共同計(jì)費(fèi)的全業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)。計(jì)費(fèi)賬務(wù)處理子系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)費(fèi)、用戶已訂購(gòu)產(chǎn)品計(jì)算、定額服務(wù)費(fèi)、第三方增值產(chǎn)品計(jì)算、優(yōu)惠處理和應(yīng)繳費(fèi)賬戶關(guān)系處理。本系統(tǒng)采用UNIX操作系統(tǒng),C/C++編程語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)則采用存儲(chǔ)能力較強(qiáng)技術(shù)較穩(wěn)定的大型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)ORACLE,采用ALTIBASE內(nèi)存數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行快速計(jì)費(fèi)和優(yōu)惠處理,提高了話單計(jì)算和實(shí)時(shí)累賬的準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性。數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用聯(lián)通公司最新研發(fā)的資費(fèi)模型,充分滿足了融合捆綁多產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)的需求。本文對(duì)計(jì)費(fèi)賬務(wù)處理子系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展和背景進(jìn)行分析,詳細(xì)論述了計(jì)費(fèi)賬務(wù)處理子系統(tǒng)的基本功能和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,對(duì)系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行的闡述和解決,并通過(guò)單元測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試檢驗(yàn)了系統(tǒng)的可用性。計(jì)費(fèi)賬務(wù)處理子系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了聯(lián)通公司全業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)平臺(tái)的統(tǒng)一,作為聯(lián)通運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)的核心子系統(tǒng)之一,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,維護(hù)監(jiān)控簡(jiǎn)便,支持未來(lái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展要求。
[Abstract]:New Unicom was established after the C network split and Netcom merged, China Unicom fixed network and mobile network independent billing management system has restricted the realization of enterprise marketing program. China Unicom needs a comprehensive, high-performance, Scalable and truly integrated unified platform billing system to meet the needs of all aspects of the enterprise. Billing and accounting processing subsystem is the most important system in the Unicom operating system. It is a full service platform to realize the charging of fixed network and moving net single product, and to combine the business with multiple products. The main functions of the billing and accounting processing subsystem are standard billing, the user has ordered the product calculation, the fixed service charge, Third party value-added product calculation, The system is implemented by UNIX operating system C / C programming language. The database adopts Oracle, a large database with strong storage ability and ALTIBASE memory database. Speed charging and discount processing, The accuracy and timeliness of bill calculation and real-time accrual are improved. The data structure adopts the latest developed tariff model of Unicom. This paper analyzes the development and background of billing accounting processing subsystem, and discusses the basic function and realization process of billing accounting processing subsystem in detail. The problems encountered in the development of the system are explained and solved, and the usability of the system is verified by unit test and performance test. As one of the core subsystems of Unicom, the system is stable, easy to maintain and monitor, and supports the development of future business.
