【摘要】：課程在專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系中占據(jù)著核心地位,而課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為教師開展課程教學(xué)的綱領(lǐng)性文件,指導(dǎo)著教師的課堂教學(xué)。因此,制定和完善科學(xué)、合理、準(zhǔn)確的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)教師的教學(xué)和學(xué)校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要意義。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì),技術(shù)更新周期急速縮短,職業(yè)變更成為當(dāng)代就業(yè)的重要特點(diǎn),學(xué)習(xí)者要適應(yīng)不斷變化的社會(huì),因此對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者綜合職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)迫在眉睫。能力本位教育思想以“能力”的培養(yǎng)為核心,強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者綜合職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),而能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為課程教學(xué)的指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范性文件,對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)者綜合能力培養(yǎng)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本論文結(jié)合人本主義和人的可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,對(duì)能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建設(shè)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了研究,在實(shí)際調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建設(shè)提出了建議,并嘗試以《旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷》為例,對(duì)該門課程的能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了修訂。論文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為前言,對(duì)論文的研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究方法及理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行了介紹。第二部分為正文部分,共分為四章。第一章主要對(duì)能力、能力本位教育、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理;第二章系統(tǒng)介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建設(shè)實(shí)踐,并以《旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷》課程為例,梳理了其與專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)間的關(guān)系以及能力本位《旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷》課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的特點(diǎn);第三章基于對(duì)能力本位《旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷》課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)踐的跟蹤調(diào)查結(jié)果反饋,對(duì)其實(shí)踐成效及存在的問題進(jìn)行了梳理;第四章是針對(duì)能力本位《旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷》課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)踐中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題所作的反思,其中既包括對(duì)能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)本身的反思,也包括對(duì)實(shí)踐中具體問題的反思。本論文比較創(chuàng)新的地方在于對(duì)能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐層面上的研究,通過一個(gè)學(xué)期深入調(diào)研的結(jié)果,為能力本位課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定與實(shí)施提供了一種思路。
[Abstract]:Curriculum plays a key role in the training system of professional talents, and curriculum standard, as a programmatic document for teachers to carry out curriculum teaching, guides teachers' classroom teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate and perfect scientific, reasonable and accurate curriculum standards. It is of great significance to teachers' teaching and the quality of talent training in schools. In modern society, the period of technological renewal is shortened rapidly, and career change becomes an important feature of contemporary employment. Learners should adapt to the changing society. Therefore, it is urgent to cultivate the comprehensive vocational ability of learners. The core of competence based education is the cultivation of competence, which emphasizes the cultivation of learners' comprehensive vocational ability. As the guidance and normative document of curriculum teaching, competence based curriculum standard plays an important role in the development of learners' comprehensive competence. This paper combines humanism with the theory of human sustainable development. This paper studies the construction practice of competency-based curriculum standard, puts forward some suggestions on the construction of competency-based curriculum standard on the basis of actual investigation, and attempts to take "Tourism Marketing" as an example. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the preface, the research background, the purpose and the significance of the thesis. The research method and theoretical basis are introduced. The second part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter systematically combs the related concepts, such as competence, competency-based education, curriculum standard and so on. The second chapter systematically introduces the construction practice of the competency based curriculum standard at home and abroad, and taking the course "Tourism Marketing" as an example, combs the relationship between it and the training of professional talents and the characteristics of the competence standard "Tourism Marketing" curriculum standard. The third chapter is based on the practice of "Tourism Marketing" curriculum standard of the ability to track the results of feedback, its practical results and existing problems are combed; The fourth chapter is the reflection on the problems found in the practice of the curriculum standard of competence based Tourism Marketing, which includes the reflection on the competence based curriculum standard itself. It also includes the reflection on the specific problems in practice. The innovation of this paper lies in the practical research on the competency based curriculum standard, and the results of in-depth investigation in a semester. It provides a train of thought for the formulation and implementation of competency-based curriculum standards.
