【摘要】：近年來,由于中國(guó)移動(dòng)全業(yè)務(wù)融合營(yíng)銷策略推廣實(shí)施,以專線拓展為首要目標(biāo),廣州移動(dòng)專線建設(shè)數(shù)量急增,家客寬帶業(yè)務(wù)需要快速覆蓋到社區(qū),專線和寬帶建設(shè)需求激增,政企傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)處理模式存在效率低,成本高,設(shè)計(jì)局限性大等缺陷,難以應(yīng)對(duì)未來復(fù)雜多變的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。因此,集團(tuán)客戶作為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展重要收入渠道,專線建設(shè)多部門協(xié)同的工作流程信息化水平亟需提高。論文簡(jiǎn)述了集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)流程管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)背景,分析了當(dāng)前環(huán)境下國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)復(fù)雜業(yè)務(wù)工作流程支撐的研究情況和解決方案,特別是生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)核心業(yè)務(wù)流程管理的應(yīng)用方案。探討了中國(guó)移動(dòng)廣州分公司提出的專線建設(shè)需求,通過研究政企、客響等部門現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)情況及用戶對(duì)信息系統(tǒng)操作習(xí)慣,提出對(duì)不同業(yè)務(wù)、不同需求進(jìn)行抽象處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品、人員對(duì)象化,使系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)專線電子協(xié)議化及工作流審批信息化等功能的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),以快速支撐專線業(yè)務(wù)開展為理念。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)流程管理系統(tǒng)。本文從掌握的廣州政企支撐專線開展業(yè)務(wù)信息和工作流程出發(fā),利用基于Java語言的Struts、Spring、Hibernate(簡(jiǎn)稱SSH)構(gòu)件的框架為開發(fā)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)流程管理系統(tǒng),并通過對(duì)系統(tǒng)主要流程和核心功能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)功能的有效性。最后進(jìn)行本文的研究工作總結(jié),指出了進(jìn)一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the promotion and implementation of China Mobile's all-service integration marketing strategy, with the expansion of special lines as the primary goal, the number of Guangzhou mobile line construction has increased sharply, and the broadband services of households and customers need to be quickly covered in the community, and the demand for special lines and broadband construction has increased sharply. The traditional business processing mode of government and enterprise has some defects, such as low efficiency, high cost, great limitation of design and so on, so it is difficult to cope with the complex and changeable business development in the future. Therefore, group customers are important revenue channels for business development. The level of multi-department cooperative workflow informatization of special line construction needs to be improved urgently. This paper briefly describes the construction background of group business process management system. This paper analyzes the research situation and solution of complex business workflow support by domestic and foreign enterprises under the current environment. In particular, the application scheme of core business process management of production system. This paper discusses the special line construction demand put forward by Guangzhou Branch of China Mobile. By studying the existing business situation of departments such as government, enterprise, guest response and so on, as well as the user's operation habits of information system, This paper puts forward the system framework of abstract processing for different business and different requirements, realizing the objectification of products and personnel, making the system realize the functions of electronic protocol of special line and information of workflow examination and approval, etc. On the basis of this, a group business process management system is designed. The framework of Struts Spring Spring hibernate (SSH) component based on Java language is used as the development platform to realize the group business process management system, and the main processes and core functions of the system are tested. The effectiveness of the system function is verified. Finally, the research work of this paper is summarized, and the further research direction is pointed out.
