【摘要】：技術(shù)進步是經(jīng)濟增長的根本動力,而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是實現(xiàn)技術(shù)進步的關(guān)鍵因素。我國家電企業(yè)經(jīng)過較長時間的發(fā)展,在近幾年日趨成熟,當然也創(chuàng)造出了一大批具有很強國際競爭力,營銷水平一流和良好口碑,信譽度高的家電企業(yè)。然而,由于我國在家電制造業(yè)一直沒有自己的核心技術(shù),使得我國在家電制造業(yè)一直處于一個很尷尬的位置,幾乎處于世界家電產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的最低位置。在全球競爭日益激烈的今天,我國大部分家電企業(yè)深知只有技術(shù)創(chuàng)新才能使得企業(yè)處于一個良好的發(fā)展狀態(tài),技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對于搶占世界市場份額起到至關(guān)重要的作用。在此背景下,如何提高家電企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率,并以此來增強我國家電企業(yè)在國際市場的地位和國際競爭力,從而促使我國由一個家電生產(chǎn)的大國向家電生產(chǎn)強國轉(zhuǎn)變,增加企業(yè)效益已經(jīng)成為當前亟待需要研究的重要課題。一個國家是否強盛,起到關(guān)鍵性作用的是企業(yè),一個國家的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的強弱,標志著這個國家的科技進步和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,所以我們的技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟想要快速發(fā)展,我們必須提高企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。眾所周知,由于國內(nèi)的一些因素影響,我國雖然是家電產(chǎn)品的主要制造基地,但是家電產(chǎn)業(yè)里最核心的科技技術(shù)仍然被跨國企業(yè)掌控著,在這樣嚴峻的情況下,我國的家電企業(yè)有必要認清自身的位置,提高自身的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平,為實現(xiàn)家電企業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展奠定堅實的基礎(chǔ)。在閱讀了很多相關(guān)的參考書和其他資料的基礎(chǔ)之上,作者以我國家電企業(yè)為研究對象,在了解了我國家電對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)概念與理論知識后進行了整體的綜述,采用理論知識與實證相結(jié)合的研究方法,設(shè)置了我國家電企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的評價指標體系,利用模糊綜合評價法和突變級數(shù)法相結(jié)合的方法,用此方法的特點是不需要考慮權(quán)重的計算,給評價者帶來計算的方便。為了得到合理科學的評價指標,選取了問卷調(diào)查的方法來設(shè)置指標,最后選擇技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價樣品的家電企業(yè)作比較。進而得到結(jié)論是用此方法計算出的數(shù)值越大,說明技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力越強。最后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,提出問題的同時也給出了相應對策。
[Abstract]:Technological progress is the fundamental driving force of economic growth, and technological innovation is the key factor to realize technological progress. After a long period of development, household appliance enterprises in China have become more and more mature in recent years. Of course, it has also created a large number of household appliance enterprises with strong international competitiveness, first-class marketing level, good reputation and high reputation. However, because our country has never had its own core technology in the household appliance manufacturing industry, China has always been in an awkward position in the home appliance manufacturing industry, almost in the lowest position in the world electrical appliance industry chain. Today, the global competition is increasingly fierce. Most household electrical appliance enterprises in China know that only technological innovation can make enterprises in a good state of development, and technological innovation plays a vital role in seizing the market share of the world. How to improve the technological innovation ability and efficiency of household electrical appliance enterprises, and how to enhance the position and international competitiveness of Chinese appliance enterprises in the international market? As a result, the transformation of our country from a large country producing household appliances to a powerful country in the production of household appliances has become an important issue that needs to be urgently studied at present. Whether a country is strong or not, it is the enterprises that play a key role. The strength of a country's technological innovation capability marks the scientific and technological progress and economic development of this country, so if our technology and economy are to develop rapidly, we must improve the technological innovation of our enterprises. Because of the influence of some domestic factors, although China is the main manufacturing base for household electrical appliances, the most core technology in the home appliance industry is still controlled by multinational enterprises. Under such severe circumstances, It is necessary for home appliance enterprises in our country to recognize their own position and improve their technological innovation level so as to lay a solid foundation for the healthy and orderly development of home appliance enterprises. On the basis of reading a lot of relevant reference books and other materials, The author takes the household appliance enterprises of our country as the research object, after understanding the related concepts and theoretical knowledge of the enterprises' technological innovation in our country, and adopts the research method of combining the theoretical knowledge with the empirical research. This paper sets up the evaluation index system of the technological innovation ability of the household electrical appliance enterprises in our country, and combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the sudden change series method. The characteristic of this method is that the weight calculation is not considered. In order to get a reasonable and scientific evaluation index, the method of questionnaire is selected to set the index. Finally, it is concluded that the larger the value calculated by this method, the stronger the technological innovation capability is. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, the domestic appliance enterprises that choose the sample to evaluate the technological innovation ability are compared. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures are given.
