【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)具有宏觀、微觀以及兩者之間的關(guān)系等三個層面的含義,解讀、適應(yīng)和應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)是當(dāng)前中國企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的客觀要求,也是企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略取向的出發(fā)點。市場變化非連續(xù)性和企業(yè)成長連續(xù)性的矛盾,導(dǎo)致市場低速化和企業(yè)成熟化并存,轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略取向的根本性變革是經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下中國企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。面對經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),企業(yè)不僅要實施產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和品牌營銷等經(jīng)營策略,而且要聚焦于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、經(jīng)營機(jī)能和管理系統(tǒng)等方面,通過營造新的市場感知力、價值創(chuàng)造力和組織控制力等來應(yīng)對已經(jīng)逼近的嚴(yán)峻經(jīng)營局面。
[Abstract]:The new normal state of economy has the meanings of macro, micro and the relationship between them. Understanding, adapting and responding to the new normal of economy are the objective requirements of the transformation and structural adjustment of Chinese enterprises. It is also the starting point of the strategic orientation of enterprises' transformation and upgrading. The contradiction between the discontinuity of market changes and the continuity of enterprise growth leads to the coexistence of low market and mature enterprises. The fundamental transformation of strategic orientation of transformation and upgrading is the key to the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises under the new normal state of economy. Facing the new normal state of economy, enterprises should not only implement product development and brand marketing, but also focus on the strategic orientation of enterprises. In the aspects of management function and management system, we should build new market perception, value creativity and organizational control to deal with the approaching severe management situation.
