【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,客戶金融消費方式和習(xí)慣正在發(fā)生深刻變化,對傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)態(tài)形成強有力的沖擊;同時,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的提速,對縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展注入了新的活力和動力,廣大縣域客戶金融需求不斷擴張,對金融服務(wù)的需求明顯提高。在這種情況之下,農(nóng)業(yè)銀行面向城鎮(zhèn)化以及三農(nóng)服務(wù)開發(fā)并推廣智能網(wǎng)點。農(nóng)業(yè)銀行智能網(wǎng)點在傳統(tǒng)人工網(wǎng)點的基礎(chǔ)上,減少營業(yè)支出,減少人工成本,較之傳統(tǒng)自助銀行僅需增加少量管理和運行成本,依托各類客戶自主操作的銀行機具,輔之駐點員工的延伸服務(wù),提升智能網(wǎng)點的服務(wù)功能、業(yè)務(wù)功能、營銷功能,從而提高其投入產(chǎn)出比。本文以農(nóng)業(yè)銀行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理實際情況為主線,通過對國內(nèi)外先進銀行智能網(wǎng)點管理的啟發(fā),對農(nóng)業(yè)銀行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理中存在的問題,運用實證分析法,提出可行性對策。全文由六章組成,其基本內(nèi)容如下:第一章為緒論。結(jié)合國內(nèi)外智能網(wǎng)點研究現(xiàn)狀,論述本文研究的目的及意義,提出了研究內(nèi)容及思路、方法及框架。第二章為商業(yè)銀行智能網(wǎng)點管理現(xiàn)狀及趨勢。首先介紹了智能網(wǎng)點概念、產(chǎn)生背景、發(fā)展趨勢以及特征,其次商業(yè)銀行智能網(wǎng)點的管理現(xiàn)狀及面臨的主要問題。第三章分析了農(nóng)行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理現(xiàn)狀及問題。通過對農(nóng)行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出了農(nóng)行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理存在的問題。第四章通過對花旗銀行、富國銀行以及招商銀行智能網(wǎng)點的創(chuàng)建經(jīng)驗與管理啟示,分析了智能網(wǎng)點管理方面的優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗。第五章對農(nóng)行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理模式提出了對策建議。主要從網(wǎng)點選址、設(shè)備配置、健全管理制度、成本與收益分析以及服務(wù)功能的開發(fā)等方面提出了農(nóng)行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點的管理對策。第六章為結(jié)論。首先對農(nóng)行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理工作進行了概括總結(jié),指出了撰寫本文的局限性,最后提出農(nóng)行夾江縣支行智能網(wǎng)點管理未來研究的重點和方向。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet, customer financial consumption patterns and habits are undergoing profound changes, forming a strong impact on the traditional financial industry. At the same time, the acceleration of urbanization has injected new vitality and impetus into the development of the county economy. The financial needs of customers in the vast number of counties are constantly expanding, and the demand for financial services has increased significantly. In this case, The Agricultural Bank of China aims at urbanization and the development and promotion of intelligent networks for agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The agricultural bank's intelligent network reduces operating expenses and labor costs on the basis of traditional artificial networks. Compared with the traditional self-help banks, they only need to increase a small amount of management and operation costs, rely on various kinds of customer independent operation of bank tools, auxiliary the extension service of the staff, enhance the service function, business function and marketing function of the intelligent network. In order to improve the input-output ratio, this paper takes the actual situation of intelligent network management of Jiajiang Branch of Agricultural Bank as the main line, through the inspiration to the intelligent network management of domestic and foreign advanced banks, According to the problems existing in the intelligent network management of Jiajiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, this paper uses the empirical analysis method to put forward the feasible countermeasures. The full text is composed of six chapters, and its basic contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, and combined with the current situation of intelligent network research at home and abroad, This paper discusses the purpose and significance of this study, and puts forward the research contents and ideas, methods and framework. Chapter two is the present situation and trend of intelligent network management of commercial banks. Firstly, the concept, background, development trend and characteristics of intelligent network are introduced. The third chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of the intelligent network management of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) branch in Jiajiang County, through the analysis of the current situation of the intelligent network management of the branch of Jiajiang County of Agricultural Bank of China, and the analysis of the current situation of the intelligent network management of the branch in Jiajiang County of Agricultural Bank of China. The paper puts forward the problems existing in the intelligent network management of Agricultural Bank of Jiajiang County. Chapter 4th, through the experience and management inspiration to the establishment of intelligent network of Citibank, Wells Fargo Bank and China Merchants Bank, This paper analyzes the excellent experience in the management of intelligent network. Chapter 5th puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the management mode of the intelligent network in Jiajiang County Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, mainly from the site selection, the equipment configuration, and the sound management system. In the aspects of cost and income analysis and the development of service function, the paper puts forward the management countermeasures of the intelligent network in Jiajiang County Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. Chapter 6th is the conclusion. Firstly, the management work of intelligent network in Jiajiang County Branch of Agricultural Bank of China is summarized. The limitations of writing this paper are pointed out, and the emphasis and direction of future research on intelligent network management in Jiaojiang County Branch of Agricultural Bank of China are put forward.
