【摘要】：線損率是直接反映電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)、經(jīng)營運行管理水平的一項綜合指標,隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展及電力市場化的深入,降低線損顯得越發(fā)重要。目前我國線損管理推行的是《線損四分管理標準》,其中臺區(qū)線損以擁有95%以上的客戶群體成為線損"四分"管理的根基�？梢哉f臺區(qū)線損管理效果是直接反映電力營銷管理水平高低的一個重要表征。本文通過對當前臺區(qū)線損管理工作現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進行梳理分析,基于用電信息采集系統(tǒng)獲取臺區(qū)線損相關(guān)實時數(shù)據(jù)并就數(shù)據(jù)特點進行分析,構(gòu)建了臺區(qū)線損管理影響因素的判別機制,經(jīng)過驗證,規(guī)則有效性較高,提高了線損管理的時效性和針對性,提升了線損管理效率。
[Abstract]:Line loss rate is a comprehensive index that directly reflects the level of power network planning and construction, operation and management. With the development of economy and the deepening of electricity market, It is more and more important to reduce line loss. At present, the management of line loss in our country is based on "Quaternary Management Standard of Line loss", in which line loss in Taiwan area becomes the basis of line loss management with more than 95% customers. Loss management effect is an important representation of electric power marketing management level. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of line loss management in front area. Based on the real time data of line loss in station area obtained by the power information acquisition system and the analysis of the characteristics of the data, the discriminant mechanism of the influencing factors of line loss management in the station area is constructed. The validity of the rules is proved to be high. It improves the timeliness and pertinence of line loss management and improves the efficiency of line loss management.
