【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的日益發(fā)展,信息安全已經(jīng)涉及到國家安全,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展成為近幾年來國家政策扶持的重要發(fā)展領(lǐng)域,我國政府已明確要求信息安全與信息化發(fā)展同步建設(shè),并已列入國家頂層設(shè)計(jì)戰(zhàn)略中,中國的信息安全生態(tài)圈也在逐漸完善,國內(nèi)的信息安全企業(yè)迎來市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇。本文結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷方面的理論及工具,以AI安全公司的業(yè)務(wù)作為研究對(duì)象,首先介紹國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,采用PEST分析方法與波特五力模型對(duì)目前國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合分析。其次介紹AI安全公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展歷程,并對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式以及業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,然后對(duì)AI安全公司內(nèi)部資源和技術(shù)能力進(jìn)行分析,利用SWOT分析,得出AI安全的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全業(yè)務(wù)的市場(chǎng)細(xì)分、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)定位,對(duì)AI安全公司業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略布局進(jìn)行深入探討,最后在AI安全公司的業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略方向給出創(chuàng)新方案。本文研究的目的是通過對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷管理的理論研究,將理論知識(shí)和AI安全業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況相結(jié)合,分析當(dāng)下企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提升AI公司在信息安全市場(chǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)占有率。無論從國家、企業(yè)、還是個(gè)人的角度來說,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全已經(jīng)成為不可忽略的重要部分,AI公司作為中國網(wǎng)信事業(yè)的一份子,必然要擔(dān)當(dāng)共筑網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防線的企業(yè)責(zé)任。希望對(duì)AI安全公司的戰(zhàn)略研究能夠?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)安全行業(yè)有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing development of the Internet, information security has been involved in national security, the development of network security industry has become an important area of national policy support in recent years. Our government has explicitly requested the simultaneous construction of information security and information development, and has been included in the top-level design strategy of the country, China's information security ecological circle is gradually improving. Domestic information security enterprises welcome market opportunities. This paper combines the theory and tools of strategic management and marketing, taking the business of AI security company as the research object. First of all, it introduces the current situation of the development of network security industry at home and abroad. This paper uses PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model to analyze the network security industry environment at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduces the business development course of AI security company. The operation mode and business strategy are analyzed in detail, and then the internal resources and technical capability of AI security company are analyzed, and the analysis is made by using SWOT. The advantages and disadvantages of AI security are obtained. Combined with the market segmentation of network security business and the target market positioning, the strategic layout of AI security company business is discussed in depth. Finally, the paper gives the innovative plan in the business strategic direction of AI security company. The purpose of this paper is to study the theory of strategic management and marketing management. Combining the theoretical knowledge with the development of AI security business, this paper analyzes the current business development strategy that enterprises should adopt to enhance AI company's business share in the information security market. From a personal point of view, network security has become an important part that can not be ignored. It is hoped that the strategic research of AI security company can be used as a reference for the network security industry.
