【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,各種物質(zhì)商品極大豐富的同時(shí)假冒偽劣商品也充斥著市場(chǎng),消費(fèi)者希望能夠準(zhǔn)確鑒別商品的真?zhèn)尾⒏嗔私馍唐返脑搭^信息,企業(yè)也希望能夠直接了解消費(fèi)者對(duì)其產(chǎn)品的反饋情況,并更加精準(zhǔn)地向消費(fèi)者營(yíng)銷其產(chǎn)品。針對(duì)上面提到的商品真?zhèn)位靵y、無(wú)法雙向溯源、企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)銷等問(wèn)題,從微觀層面看,這些問(wèn)題的存在都將侵犯到消費(fèi)者權(quán)益,也是阻礙企業(yè)發(fā)展的棘手問(wèn)題；從宏觀意義上論,上述問(wèn)題亦是制約中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)良性發(fā)展的不利因素。如果對(duì)于這些問(wèn)題能夠有效解決,必將為中國(guó)的社會(huì)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益帶來(lái)有力的推動(dòng)作用。基于此,筆者及諸位研發(fā)者通過(guò)深入調(diào)研,開(kāi)發(fā)了一款基于二維碼和NFC標(biāo)簽的商品防偽溯源綜合管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng),以此來(lái)解決上述問(wèn)題。本文針對(duì)商品不能有效防偽溯源和精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)銷的問(wèn)題,研究和開(kāi)發(fā)了基于二維碼和NFC標(biāo)簽的商品防偽溯源綜合管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)。論文運(yùn)用軟件工程開(kāi)發(fā)與管理的思想和方法,在陳述了行業(yè)背景和現(xiàn)狀的情況下,介紹了本系統(tǒng)用到的相關(guān)技術(shù)；在對(duì)企業(yè)的商品生產(chǎn)和管理流程充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,用活動(dòng)圖描述了企業(yè)對(duì)商品進(jìn)行防偽溯源管理的業(yè)務(wù),然后依據(jù)不同場(chǎng)景使用用例圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,最后使用實(shí)體-聯(lián)系圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)建模；對(duì)系統(tǒng)的軟件架構(gòu)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并結(jié)和商品防偽溯源及綜合管理的特點(diǎn),將系統(tǒng)劃分為平臺(tái)用戶對(duì)企業(yè)的管理、平臺(tái)用戶對(duì)企業(yè)管理員用戶的管理、平臺(tái)用戶對(duì)消費(fèi)者用戶的管理、平臺(tái)用戶對(duì)NFC數(shù)據(jù)的管理、平臺(tái)用戶對(duì)二維碼數(shù)據(jù)的管理、企業(yè)管理員用戶對(duì)企業(yè)用戶的管理、企業(yè)用戶對(duì)企業(yè)微鏈接管理、企業(yè)用戶對(duì)企業(yè)信息和產(chǎn)品的管理、消費(fèi)者用戶操作九個(gè)功能模塊,對(duì)這些模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),最后對(duì)前一部分設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了細(xì)化和實(shí)現(xiàn)；根據(jù)軟件工程中對(duì)測(cè)試環(huán)節(jié)的要求,同時(shí)結(jié)合本系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),本文通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)試用例對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能性和非功能性測(cè)試,通過(guò)對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果的對(duì)比和分析,本系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的測(cè)試結(jié)果。本論文是按照軟件工程開(kāi)發(fā)與管理的方法和要求,對(duì)基于二維碼和NFC標(biāo)簽的商品防偽溯源綜合管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行的開(kāi)發(fā)和研究的文章。一方面,論文的編寫(xiě)對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)具有一定的梳理和指導(dǎo)作用,也使已學(xué)到的理論知識(shí)得以融會(huì)貫通；另一方面,本系統(tǒng)在內(nèi)部用戶和外部用戶試用過(guò)一段時(shí)間后,普遍反映系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好,功能和性能都比較穩(wěn)定,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, all kinds of material goods are abundant and fake goods are also flooded with the market. Consumers hope to be able to accurately identify the authenticity of goods and learn more about the source information of commodities. Enterprises also hope to be able to directly understand consumer feedback on their products, and more accurately marketing their products to consumers. From the micro level, the existence of these problems will infringe upon the rights and interests of consumers, and it is also a thorny problem that hinders the development of enterprises. From the macroscopic point of view, the above problems are also the unfavorable factors restricting the benign development of China's market economy. If these problems can be effectively solved. It will bring a powerful impetus to China's social and economic benefits. Based on this, I and your R & D researchers through in-depth research. This paper develops a comprehensive management platform system based on QR code and NFC label to solve the above problems. This paper aims at the problem that commodities can not be effectively anti-counterfeiting traceability and precision marketing. This paper studies and develops the integrated management platform system of commodity anti-counterfeiting traceability based on two-dimension code and NFC label. The paper uses the idea and method of software engineering development and management, and describes the background and current situation of the industry. The related technologies used in this system are introduced. On the basis of the investigation of the commodity production and management process of the enterprise, this paper describes the business of anti-counterfeiting traceability management by using the activity diagram. Then according to different scenarios use case diagram to analyze the requirements of the system and finally use entity-contact diagram to model the system data. The software architecture and network architecture of the system are designed, the functions of the system are designed, the database is designed, and the characteristics of anti-counterfeiting tracing and comprehensive management of commodities are summarized. The system is divided into the management of the platform user to the enterprise, the platform user to the enterprise administrator user, the platform user to the consumer user management, the platform user to the NFC data management. Platform users to the management of QR code data, enterprise administrator user to enterprise user management, enterprise user to enterprise micro-link management, enterprise user to enterprise information and product management. Consumer users operate nine functional modules, these modules are designed and implemented in detail. Finally, the first part of the design of the database is refined and implemented; According to the requirements of testing in software engineering and combined with the characteristics of this system, the functional and non-functional tests are carried out by designing test cases, and the test results are compared and analyzed. The system has achieved the expected test results. This paper is based on the software engineering development and management methods and requirements. On the one hand, the preparation of the paper has a certain role in combing and guiding the development of this system. It also makes the theoretical knowledge that has been learned to be integrated; On the other hand, after a period of trial by internal and external users, the system generally shows that the system is running well, its function and performance are stable, and the system meets the design requirements.
