【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的不斷發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起,智能手機迅猛發(fā)展,逐漸成了手機市場的霸主。各大手機品牌不斷地提高產(chǎn)品研發(fā)力度和更新產(chǎn)品,新的手機品牌也以其低廉的價格涌入市場,參與到競爭之中來。這就使得智能手機市場的競爭越來越激烈。如何搶占市場份額,在眾多競爭者中脫穎而出,這是小米目前需要解決的問題。但近年來,為了搶占智能手機這個巨大的市場,小米的模仿者和追隨者層出不窮,許多傳統(tǒng)手機企業(yè)也通過銷售渠道的優(yōu)勢不斷滲透三四線城市以及農(nóng)村市場。面對眾多手機品牌的激烈競爭,小米想保持成功,搶占更多的市場份額,就必須堅持采取成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略。本文就對其成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略進行全方位的研究,首先,對成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略的理論研究進行綜述,介紹了成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略的作用,實施條件和管理過程。此外,文章介紹了本文所運用的幾種分析方法,包括波特的五力模型分析法、SWOT分析法和價值鏈分析法。其次,文章通過分析小米公司的現(xiàn)狀,并運用三種分析方法對小米公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境等進行了多層次的全面研究�？偨Y(jié)歸納出了小米公司為了實施成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略,目前所在原材料采購、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、營銷和銷售方面以及服務(wù)成本方面所采取的具體措施。最后,本文結(jié)合前文分析,給出了完善小米公司成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略的實施的建議。包括建立成本管理小組、鎖定中低端市場、建立供應(yīng)商價值鏈評價體系和控制全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的科學(xué)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology, the rise of the Internet, the rapid development of smart phones, has gradually become the dominant mobile phone market. The major mobile phone brands constantly improve the strength of product research and development and update products. The new mobile phone brand has also poured into the market with its low price to participate in the competition. This makes the smartphone market more and more competitive. How to seize market share and stand out among many competitors. This is a problem that Xiaomi needs to solve right now. But in recent years, in order to seize the huge market of smartphones, Xiaomi's imitators and followers have sprung up. Many traditional mobile phone companies through the advantages of sales channels continue to infiltrate the third and fourth tier cities and rural markets. Facing the fierce competition of many mobile phone brands Xiaomi wants to maintain success and grab more market share. We must adhere to the cost leading strategy. This paper makes a comprehensive study on the cost leading strategy. Firstly, it summarizes the theoretical research of the cost leading strategy and introduces the role of the cost leading strategy. In addition, the article introduces several analysis methods used in this paper, including Porter's five-force model analysis method SWOT analysis and value chain analysis. Secondly. By analyzing the current situation of Xiaomi Company and using three kinds of analysis methods, this paper makes a multi-level and comprehensive study on the internal and external environment of Xiaomi Company, and summarizes the strategy of Xiaomi Company in order to implement the cost leading strategy. At present, where the raw materials procurement, product development, marketing and sales and service costs to take specific measures. Finally, this paper combined with the previous analysis. Some suggestions on how to implement the cost leading strategy of Xiaomi are given, including setting up a cost management group, locking down the middle and low end market, establishing a supplier value chain evaluation system and controlling the scientific development of the whole industry chain.
