【摘要】：近年來,移動(dòng)通信行業(yè)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,對(duì)于移動(dòng)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)而言,要在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必須把渠道做好。渠道是市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),而渠道經(jīng)理是市場(chǎng)拓展的領(lǐng)軍力量,良好、有效的渠道管理模式能夠幫助渠道經(jīng)理提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。當(dāng)前在人員及成本緊張的狀況下,移動(dòng)內(nèi)部的渠道管理的工作方式仍依靠渠道經(jīng)理的手工操作,造成了人力浪費(fèi),并且不能提高日常工作的效率。計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用能夠解決移動(dòng)內(nèi)部渠道的人工管理模式,通過使用先進(jìn)的信息化技術(shù),轉(zhuǎn)變渠道支撐和渠道經(jīng)理的傳統(tǒng)工作模式,提升移動(dòng)內(nèi)部工作效率,從而提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,增加企業(yè)利潤(rùn)。本文把握信息技術(shù)發(fā)展方向和信息化建設(shè)趨勢(shì),通過對(duì)青島移動(dòng)內(nèi)部的渠道管理模式、渠道經(jīng)理開展的業(yè)務(wù)需求及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行充分調(diào)研,了解工作中的各項(xiàng)問題,掌握渠道經(jīng)理分布、渠道數(shù)量、業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際需求、卡資源數(shù)量等信息,明確影響渠道管理效率的關(guān)鍵流程和環(huán)節(jié)。在分析青島移動(dòng)內(nèi)部的市場(chǎng)占有情況及營(yíng)銷策略,并對(duì)青島移動(dòng)渠道經(jīng)理業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及渠道管理現(xiàn)狀充分把握的基礎(chǔ)上,基于Android平臺(tái),以SQL Server 2005作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫支撐,開發(fā)青島移動(dòng)渠道經(jīng)理管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)渠道辦公、種子短信、學(xué)習(xí)資料管理、英雄榜等功能,使得系統(tǒng)具備數(shù)據(jù)處理快捷安全、操作簡(jiǎn)單、交互性較好等特點(diǎn),建立經(jīng)濟(jì)高效、可靠性高的移動(dòng)內(nèi)部渠道管理模式,提升移動(dòng)內(nèi)部的工作效率和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文的工作主要有以下幾個(gè)方面：1.分析國(guó)內(nèi)外渠道管理理論研究現(xiàn)狀及我國(guó)移動(dòng)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,了解我國(guó)渠道管理的業(yè)務(wù)模式及管理需求,證實(shí)了青島移動(dòng)渠道經(jīng)理管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的必要性。2.充分調(diào)研青島移動(dòng)渠道經(jīng)理開展的業(yè)務(wù)需求,對(duì)渠道經(jīng)理管理系統(tǒng)的功能性需求、非功能性需求進(jìn)行分析。針對(duì)此需求,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、功能架構(gòu)、各個(gè)功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫、安全通信架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。3.按照對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的需求分析及設(shè)計(jì),基于Android平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)青島移動(dòng)渠道經(jīng)理管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),并使用相關(guān)的軟件測(cè)試方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行反復(fù)測(cè)試,保證系統(tǒng)能夠安全、可靠、高效的運(yùn)行。4.將系統(tǒng)在青島即墨移動(dòng)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行部署應(yīng)用,提升了青島即墨移動(dòng)渠道管理的效率,提升了渠道經(jīng)理的工作效率,應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the mobile communication industry has a good development momentum, for mobile communication operators, in order to win the core competitiveness in the fierce competition, we must do the channel well. The channel is the basis of market development. The channel manager is the leading force in market development. A good and effective channel management model can help the channel manager to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The working mode of channel management within the movement still relies on the manual operation of channel manager, resulting in a waste of manpower. And can not improve the efficiency of daily work. The development and application of computer technology can solve the manual management mode of mobile internal channels by using advanced information technology. To change the traditional working mode of channel support and channel manager, to improve the efficiency of mobile internal work, thus to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and increase corporate profits. This paper grasps the development direction of information technology and the trend of information construction. Through the internal channel management mode of Qingdao Mobile, the business needs and current situation of the channel manager are fully investigated, understand the problems in the work, grasp the distribution of the channel manager, the quantity of the channel, and the actual demand of the business. Card resources and other information to determine the impact of channel management efficiency of the key processes and links. In the analysis of Qingdao Mobile's internal market possession and marketing strategies. And on the basis of fully grasp the current situation of channel manager and channel management of Qingdao Mobile, based on Android platform, SQL Server 2005 is used as the backstage database support. Development of Qingdao mobile channel manager management system to achieve channel office, seed messaging, learning data management, hero list and other functions, make the system has the characteristics of fast and safe data processing, simple operation, good interaction and so on. Establish an economic and efficient, high reliability mobile internal channel management model. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Analysis of domestic and foreign channel management theory research status and China mobile application status. Understand the business model and management requirements of channel management in China, confirm the necessity of the development of Qingdao mobile channel manager management system. 2. Fully investigate the business needs of Qingdao mobile channel manager. The functional requirements of the channel manager management system, non-functional requirements are analyzed. In view of this requirement, the overall structure of the system, functional architecture, each functional module, database. According to the requirement analysis and design of each module of the system, based on the Android platform, the development of Qingdao Mobile Channel Manager Management system is realized. And use the relevant software testing methods to repeatedly test the system to ensure that the system can be safe, reliable, efficient operation. 4. The system will be deployed in Qingdao Jimo mobile internal application. Improve the efficiency of Qingdao Jimo mobile channel management, improve the work efficiency of channel managers, the application effect is good.
