【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,郵輪旅游以其舒適性、便捷性,并能夠在短時(shí)間內(nèi)飽覽各地風(fēng)土人情、品味美食、欣賞表演等高品質(zhì)旅游服務(wù)而成為現(xiàn)代人偏愛(ài)的旅游方式,并被世界旅游組織(UNWTO)評(píng)為21世紀(jì)最好的旅游產(chǎn)品。從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度來(lái)看,郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)是具有巨大波及效應(yīng)的成長(zhǎng)型產(chǎn)業(yè)。因此,發(fā)展郵輪旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)成為世界許多港口新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。特別是隨著近年來(lái)中日韓郵輪市場(chǎng)的迅速發(fā)展,中日韓主要港口把郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展作為新的增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力,加強(qiáng)對(duì)郵輪基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投資,并積極發(fā)展郵輪旅游。在此背景下,韓國(guó)政府也制訂了相關(guān)的法律政策和發(fā)展規(guī)劃,為吸引郵輪旅客精心計(jì)劃促營(yíng)銷(xiāo),為加強(qiáng)港口基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)竭心盡力謀發(fā)展,各方周密計(jì)劃實(shí)施確保各個(gè)階段目標(biāo)的落實(shí),而郵輪港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升則相應(yīng)成為近期韓國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建郵輪港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)中日韓郵輪港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了比較性研究,并以韓國(guó)釜山郵輪港為研究對(duì)象,提出了相應(yīng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升舉措。論文分為七章,從四個(gè)方面對(duì)郵輪港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升進(jìn)行了實(shí)證調(diào)研和理論分析。主要內(nèi)容概括如下:首先,理論分析。以區(qū)位理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論等相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)郵輪港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行分析,郵輪港口具有與一般港口不同的特殊性以及其獨(dú)特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)成要素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了郵輪港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的分析框架。第二,構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究的梳理和專家咨詢?cè)L談的研究方法,分析并推導(dǎo)出郵輪港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素,構(gòu)建郵輪港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以5項(xiàng)一級(jí)指標(biāo)及18項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo)組成,其中一級(jí)指標(biāo)包括"港口設(shè)施及服務(wù)條件"、"腹地旅游條件"、"連通性條件"、"政策條件"和"港口腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)條件"等。然后,針對(duì)郵輪相關(guān)的學(xué)界、政府及港口的專家進(jìn)行了第一輪問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,通過(guò)AHP分析法,得出郵輪港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力要素的重要程度(權(quán)重)情況。根據(jù)專家的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果,得出郵輪港的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力因素中"腹地旅游條件"為最顯著影響因子,其次依序?yàn)?港口設(shè)施及服務(wù)條件"、"連通性條件"、"政策條件"及"港口腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)條件"。第三,著力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。對(duì)中國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)的代表性港口上海、福岡、濟(jì)州和釜山的郵輪港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。以郵輪公司的職員、船員和港口相關(guān)從業(yè)人員為對(duì)象,進(jìn)行第二輪問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)以上四個(gè)港口進(jìn)行了綜合測(cè)評(píng),并以第一輪問(wèn)卷調(diào)查中的權(quán)重值來(lái)比較四個(gè)港口間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力差異。最后的綜合得分排位為上海、福岡、濟(jì)州和釜山港,可以得出釜山港的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排位最低。第四,案例研究。在了解掌握釜山郵輪港的具體運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)海外先進(jìn)郵輪港口的案例分析比較,探討具備郵輪港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力所需的核心要素是哪些,并對(duì)本文的理論框架進(jìn)行了實(shí)證性檢驗(yàn)。通過(guò)以上多角度的分析,提出強(qiáng)化釜山郵輪港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)及可操作性對(duì)策。提出要擴(kuò)建郵輪基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和便利設(shè)施,強(qiáng)化與機(jī)場(chǎng)的連通性,提高價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,進(jìn)行多方位全角度的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)靠泊地旅游項(xiàng)目和旅游商品的多樣化、個(gè)性化以及提高郵輪專業(yè)人才素質(zhì)等。
[Abstract]:In the process of development of modern tourism, cruise tourism with its comfort, convenience, and in a short time can enjoy the taste of delicacy, around the local customs and practices, enjoy the show high quality tourism services and become a modern people prefer to travel, and by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) named the twenty-first Century best from tourism products. The point of view of economics, the cruise industry is a growth industry with enormous ripple effect. Therefore, the development of cruise tourism economy has become the world's new economic growth point for many ports. Especially with the rapid development of China's cruise market in recent years, Japan and South Korea the main port development of the cruise industry as a new growth engine, to strengthen the infrastructure of the cruise investment, and actively develop cruise tourism. Under this background, the South Korean government has also formulated a legal policy and development plan, in order to attract cruise passengers careful planning Marketing, as development efforts to strengthen the port infrastructure construction Heartstopper, careful planning the implementation of each stage to ensure all objectives of the implementation, and enhance the competitiveness of the cruise port in South Korea has become the recent research focus in academic circles. This paper constructs cruise port competitiveness evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the port and cruise to conduct a comparative study Busan, South Korea and cruise port as the research object, put forward the corresponding measures to enhance the competitiveness. The thesis is divided into seven chapters, the empirical research and theoretical analysis from four aspects to enhance the competitiveness of the cruise port. The main contents are summarized as follows: firstly, the theoretical analysis. Based on the location theory, sustainable development theory, the theory of international competitiveness other related theories, analyzes the basic connotation of cruise ports competitiveness, cruise port is different with the general port and its independence The elements of the competitiveness, and put forward the analysis framework of cruise ports competitiveness. Second, construct the index system. Through the research methods of literature research and expert interview, the key factors are analyzed and deduced the cruise port competitiveness, build post port competitiveness evaluation index system, consisting of 5 items grade indexes and 18 level two indexes, one level indicators including "port facilities and conditions of service", "hinterland tourism conditions", "connectivity conditions", "policy" and "port hinterland economy" and so on. Then, according to the cruise related scholars, experts and government carried out the first port round of questionnaire survey, through the AHP analysis, the degree of importance that elements of competitiveness of Hong Kong Cruise (weights). According to the results of a questionnaire of experts, the cruise port competitiveness factors "hinterland tourism conditions" as the most significant effect for Secondly, in order to "port facilities and conditions of service", "connectivity", "policy" and "port hinterland economy". Through the analysis of multi angle, put forward to strengthen the competitiveness of the port of Busan cruise, constructive comments and operational measures.
