【摘要】:在制藥公司的基層業(yè)務(wù)人員與營(yíng)銷管理人員之間,缺乏有效的信息共享與信息反饋機(jī)制,公司進(jìn)行醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、交付、管理等多個(gè)內(nèi)部階段和外部營(yíng)銷之間也缺乏行之有效的信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行對(duì)接,導(dǎo)致公司管理人員對(duì)基層業(yè)務(wù)人員的工作執(zhí)行情況不能及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的了解。因此,管理人員難以對(duì)基層業(yè)務(wù)人員的工作提供及時(shí)有效的支持和資源調(diào)配。整個(gè)營(yíng)銷系統(tǒng)缺乏一個(gè)行之有效的執(zhí)行追蹤及反饋機(jī)制。同時(shí),如何加強(qiáng)與以醫(yī)院、藥店為主體的醫(yī)藥需求方的聯(lián)系,對(duì)醫(yī)藥需求方的需求信息進(jìn)行采集、分析與服務(wù),以指導(dǎo)制藥公司的藥品生產(chǎn)人員與營(yíng)銷人員的營(yíng)銷方向,是目前制藥公司亟待解決的重要問題之一。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展為完善信息采集、傳播和交換提供了新的技術(shù)手段,尤其是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,為企業(yè)提供了從基層銷售人員的日常工作中進(jìn)行信息采集的技術(shù)手段,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了公司管理人員對(duì)基層銷售人員進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的業(yè)務(wù)管理。本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)制藥公司移動(dòng)商務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)從業(yè)務(wù)部門實(shí)際需求出發(fā),綜合應(yīng)用需求分析與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法獲取系統(tǒng)需求,制定系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的管理邏輯和方法。本系統(tǒng)以醫(yī)藥公司信息為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建一個(gè)高效便捷的制藥公司移動(dòng)商務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)⒐镜漠a(chǎn)品銷售優(yōu)惠信息通過移動(dòng)平臺(tái)以第一時(shí)間傳達(dá)到業(yè)務(wù)人員手中。同時(shí),使公司總部上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也能夠及時(shí)掌握業(yè)務(wù)人員日常工作情況,完善對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)人員的監(jiān)管體制,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售第一線工作人員與總部管理系統(tǒng)的對(duì)接,提高了公司對(duì)產(chǎn)品銷售渠道中產(chǎn)品流向的監(jiān)管能力。通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)連接,將服務(wù)器端和手機(jī)移動(dòng)端所有數(shù)據(jù)集中儲(chǔ)存在一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)共享,為公司各級(jí)銷售部門用戶和業(yè)務(wù)人員提供一個(gè)及時(shí)掌握業(yè)務(wù)全貌的信息處理平臺(tái)。本系統(tǒng)綜合運(yùn)用開源框架技術(shù),通過Struts, Spring, Hibernate等的集成應(yīng)用,在開源的輕量級(jí)框架體系下,提高了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)質(zhì)量。測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,并在制藥公司商務(wù)系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行實(shí)際應(yīng)用。系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用有效提高了制藥企業(yè)的管理與服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:In the pharmaceutical company grass-roots business personnel and marketing management personnel, lack of information sharing and feedback mechanism of effective information, company of pharmaceutical product development, production, delivery, management between multiple internal and external marketing stage is also a lack of effective information system for docking, resulting in the implementation of corporate management personnel to the grass-roots business staff the work can not be timely and accurate understanding. Therefore, to provide timely and effective support and resources management personnel to grass-roots business staff. The whole marketing system is the lack of an effective execution tracking and feedback mechanism. At the same time, how to strengthen the hospital pharmacy and medicine, as the main demand side contact, to collect the medicine demand analysis and information services, to the marketing direction of drug production personnel to guide pharmaceutical companies and marketing personnel, is currently the pharmaceutical companies One of the important problems to be solved. For the continuous development of Internet technology to improve the information collection, provides a new technical means for communication and exchange, especially the rapid development of mobile Internet technology provides technical means for information collection from the grassroots marketing personnel in the daily work for the enterprise, so as to achieve the company's business management personnel the basic management of real-time sales staff. This paper describes the design and implementation of mobile commerce application system in a pharmaceutical company, the actual needs of the system from the business sector, the comprehensive application of requirements analysis and system design method to obtain the system requirements, establish the management logic and method for realizing the system. The system is based on the pharmaceutical company information, build mobile commerce application system a convenient and efficient pharmaceutical company. The system can sell preferential company information by the mobile platform in the first time Inter communicated to business personnel. At the same time, the company headquarters has superior leadership to grasp the daily work of business personnel, improve the business personnel supervision system, in order to achieve docking of front-line sales staff and headquarters management system, improve the company's product to product sales channels in the regulatory capacity. Through the Internet connection the server and the mobile phone, the mobile terminal is stored in a database of all data, real-time sharing, provide a timely grasp of the information processing platform full appearance of business for the company's sales department at all levels of users and business personnel. The comprehensive use of the system open source framework, through Struts, Spring, Hibernate etc. in the integrated application. Lightweight framework of open source, improve the quality of system development. The testing results show that the system meets the design requirements, and in the pharmaceutical company business system The application of the system has effectively improved the management and service level of the pharmaceutical enterprises.
