【摘要】:近年來,我國商業(yè)銀行國際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,國際貿(mào)易融資項(xiàng)下創(chuàng)新不斷涌現(xiàn)。在當(dāng)前全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇進(jìn)程緩慢、國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整繼續(xù)深化的情況下,中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行國際貿(mào)易融資發(fā)展所面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)和壓力主要表現(xiàn)在三個方面:一是市場有效需求不足,限制了國際貿(mào)易融資增速;二是諸多因素疊加影響,增大了貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患;三是監(jiān)管政策調(diào)整變化快,對銀行貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)提出更高要求。同時,現(xiàn)存主要問題也比較突出:一是內(nèi)外部監(jiān)管缺乏前瞻預(yù)判,二是銀行經(jīng)營理念亟需轉(zhuǎn)變,三是客戶基礎(chǔ)相對薄弱,四是產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用不足。本文將外在和內(nèi)在動因相結(jié)合,從金融監(jiān)管理念、銀行經(jīng)營理念和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新理念三維角度指出國際貿(mào)易融資的變革要求和思路方向,分析研究國際貿(mào)易融資創(chuàng)新的具體策略,以及如何應(yīng)用來解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,及時對接客戶需求,有效防范和控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。針對業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展與內(nèi)外部監(jiān)管制約之間相互促動和依存的關(guān)系,提出了商業(yè)銀行的貿(mào)易融資創(chuàng)新只有把握機(jī)遇和找準(zhǔn)方向,才能推動健康、長效的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,不斷提高商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)濟(jì)資本管理水平,增強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范和化解能力,全面強(qiáng)化競爭優(yōu)勢和綜合實(shí)力。國際貿(mào)易融資的創(chuàng)新過程注定永遠(yuǎn)都是一個進(jìn)行時,只有開始,沒有結(jié)束;國際貿(mào)易融資的創(chuàng)新模式也沒有思維定勢,可以仁者見仁、智者見智。文中具體分析研究了國際貿(mào)易融資創(chuàng)新的具體策略,即利用傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)化來實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新、利用內(nèi)外貿(mào)易融合來實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新、利用同業(yè)合作來實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新、利用特色服務(wù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新、利用電子平臺來實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新和利用政策優(yōu)勢來實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新。在貿(mào)易融資的創(chuàng)新策略闡述過程中,注重輔以相應(yīng)方式方法下的產(chǎn)品列舉和案例分析,便于應(yīng)用者深入淺出地理解把握。由于貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)時效性和專業(yè)性要求較高,需要統(tǒng)籌兼顧,合理配置資源,嚴(yán)格控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn),本文還指出應(yīng)如何從體制機(jī)制、營銷策略、人才隊(duì)伍、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等方面進(jìn)行配套支持保障,供廣大金融從業(yè)者和企業(yè)管理、財(cái)務(wù)人員參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international trade financing business of China's commercial banks has developed rapidly, and the innovation under international trade financing has been constantly emerging. At present, the process of global economic recovery is slow, and the adjustment of domestic economic structure continues to deepen. The severe challenges and pressures faced by the Agricultural Bank of China in the development of international trade financing are mainly reflected in three aspects: first, insufficient effective demand in the market limits the growth rate of international trade financing; Second, many factors are superimposed to increase the risks of trade financing business. At the same time, the main existing problems are more prominent: first, the internal and external supervision is lack of foresight, and the second is the urgent need to change the concept of banking management. Third, the customer base is relatively weak, and fourth, the application of product innovation is insufficient. This paper combines external and internal motivation from the concept of financial supervision. This paper points out the changing requirements and direction of international trade financing from the perspective of bank management concept and product innovation concept, analyzes and studies the specific strategies of international trade financing innovation, and how to solve the practical problems. Timely docking customer demand, effectively prevent and control risks. For business innovation development and internal and external regulatory constraints of mutual promotion and dependence. It is pointed out that only by grasping the opportunity and finding the right direction can the commercial banks promote the healthy and long-term business development, constantly improve the level of economic capital management of commercial banks, and enhance their ability to prevent and resolve risks. The innovation process of international trade financing is destined to be a process of going on forever, only beginning, not ending; The innovative mode of international trade financing also has no fixed mode of thinking, it can be different from different people, different wisdom. This paper analyzes and studies the specific strategy of international trade financing innovation, that is, using the optimization of traditional products to achieve innovation. Using the integration of internal and external trade to achieve innovation, using peer cooperation to achieve innovation, using characteristic services to achieve innovation. Use electronic platform to realize innovation and use policy advantage to realize innovation. In the process of explaining innovative strategy of trade finance, we should pay attention to product enumeration and case analysis. Because of the high requirements of timeliness and professionalism of trade financing business, it is necessary to take into account the overall consideration, allocate resources reasonably and strictly control risks. This paper also points out how to use the institutional mechanism. Marketing strategy, talent team, risk management and other aspects of supporting security, for the majority of financial practitioners and enterprise management, financial personnel reference.
