【摘要】:在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展的今天,銀行金融機(jī)構(gòu)不斷增多,金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,以城市商業(yè)銀行為代表的區(qū)域性銀行改變以往以賬戶為中心的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,正在向以客戶為中心的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式轉(zhuǎn)變。對(duì)于銀行而言,迅速增長(zhǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)量,使得傳統(tǒng)的人工管理方式已經(jīng)無(wú)法適應(yīng)新的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要。為了幫助銀行有效挖掘、分類(lèi)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、維護(hù)客戶,電子銀行客戶營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)作為客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)中的重要一環(huán),對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)將大力減少人工工作量,提高銀行客戶營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理效率,從而完善商業(yè)銀行客戶關(guān)系管理工作。本文首先分析了電子銀行客戶營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)有架構(gòu)和開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)方法,然后分階段介紹了系統(tǒng)具體的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程。該系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中充分考慮實(shí)用性和科學(xué)性相結(jié)合的原則,采用快速原型法進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),建立系統(tǒng)邏輯模型,并針對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),包括客戶管理、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理、客戶服務(wù)和績(jī)效考核四個(gè)模塊等方面的設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)基于J2EE框架設(shè)計(jì)模式,以面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)電子銀行客戶營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),在保證系統(tǒng)的高擴(kuò)展性、安全性和靈活性同時(shí),加快了開(kāi)發(fā)的速度,提高了軟件的可靠性,而且將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中的決策樹(shù)ID3算法運(yùn)用到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中,提高客戶營(yíng)銷(xiāo)成功率,為銀行人員提供經(jīng)營(yíng)決策支持。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)降低了客戶營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理工作的復(fù)雜度,顯著提高銀行客戶營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的效率,降低營(yíng)銷(xiāo)成本,提高銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī),增強(qiáng)了商業(yè)銀行的有效客戶占有率與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In the vigorous development of the market economy today, banking financial institutions continue to increase, the financial industry increasingly fierce competition, the management mode of the city commercial bank as the representative of the regional banks to change the past to account for the center, is to take the customer as the center. The change of operating mode for the bank, the business is growing rapidly, the traditional artificial management has been unable to adapt to the new needs of business development. In order to help banks to effectively mining, classification, marketing, customer maintenance, electronic bank marketing management system as a customer relationship management system is an important part of its design and development will greatly reduce the manual workload, improve the efficiency of bank marketing management, so as to improve the commercial bank customer relationship management. This paper first analyzes the proper structure of customer marketing management system of electronic banking and technology development, and stages Introduces the development process of system. The system fully consider combining practical and scientific principles in the development process, developed by rapid prototyping method, system logic model, and the model for the system design, including customer management, marketing management, customer service design and performance assessment of four modules etc. the system development mode based on J2EE framework design, using object oriented design method, system development of marketing management of electronic banking customers, to ensure high system scalability, security and flexibility at the same time, speed up the development, improve the reliability of the software, and the data mining decision tree algorithm is applied to ID3 system design, improve the success rate of customer marketing management, provide decision support for the bank staff. The design and Realization of this system reduces the complexity of customer marketing management work, It can significantly improve the efficiency of the bank's customer marketing, reduce the marketing cost, improve the sales performance, and enhance the effective customer share and the market competitiveness of the commercial banks.
