【摘要】:在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷中,最主要的營(yíng)銷原則就是做到令顧客滿意,保證高質(zhì)量的服務(wù),因此,在現(xiàn)代的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷過(guò)程中,應(yīng)該以一種新的營(yíng)銷觀念開(kāi)創(chuàng)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,而關(guān)系營(yíng)銷就是本文中重點(diǎn)討論的內(nèi)容,關(guān)系營(yíng)銷強(qiáng)調(diào)了顧客、服務(wù)以及產(chǎn)品之間的關(guān)系,并且進(jìn)一步闡述了其中的重要性,這樣便能夠在今后的發(fā)展中創(chuàng)造更大的社會(huì)價(jià)值,不僅滿足了社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,同時(shí)還能夠?yàn)樾庐a(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新提供了有利的保障.希望通過(guò)本文的論述能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)提供嶄新的思路,滿足創(chuàng)造性的需求.
[Abstract]:In the marketing, the most important marketing principle is to make the customer satisfied and guarantee the high quality service. Therefore, in the modern marketing process, we should create the market development with a new marketing concept. Relationship marketing is the focus of this paper, relationship marketing emphasizes the relationship between customers, services and products, and further expounds the importance of it. This will be able to create greater social value in the future development, not only to meet the needs of social development. At the same time, it can provide a favorable guarantee for the innovation of new products.
