隨著世界經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,一方面,市場對于不可再生資源需求的不斷擴張,其中以礦業(yè)行業(yè)為代表的不可再生資源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展十分迅猛。另一方面,經(jīng)濟的全球化發(fā)展趨勢使得企業(yè)間的競爭愈加激烈,全球化的配置資源、開拓市場等經(jīng)營活動成為一種常態(tài)。礦業(yè)行業(yè)具有高投入、高回報、高風(fēng)險等特點,其投資項目以百萬、千萬為單位,一旦項目投資失敗,企業(yè)將面臨巨額損失和重大挫折。因此,如何加強對采礦企業(yè)的投資項目管理,采用何種先進管理模式等已成為各個礦產(chǎn)公司廣泛關(guān)注的問題。吉爾吉斯斯坦礦產(chǎn)資源豐富,目前僅有小部分礦業(yè)資源得到工業(yè)開發(fā),大部分礦產(chǎn)的儲量和分布情況有待進一步勘探和研究,礦產(chǎn)公司發(fā)展前景良好。但在全球化的市場變化中,國際競爭日益激烈,吉爾吉斯斯坦的礦業(yè)企業(yè)亟需通過有效地實施項目管理,滿足競爭日益激烈的國際和國內(nèi)市場的需要,在挑戰(zhàn)中尋求機遇和發(fā)展。項目管理作為現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)的重要成果,已被廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、航空航天、通信、制造等各個行業(yè)中,是公司降低經(jīng)營成本、提高工作效率、改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平、保持競爭優(yōu)勢的有力工具。本文將項目管理的理論和方法應(yīng)用于庫姆托爾金礦公司,首先分析了公司的組織管理架構(gòu),其次根據(jù)公司的經(jīng)營...
