【摘要】:在汽輪機(jī)葉片模具生產(chǎn)中,模具的生產(chǎn)又與設(shè)計(jì)密不可分,其模具生產(chǎn)是進(jìn)行零部件生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵方面,因此如何實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)模具設(shè)計(jì)以及模具精度的控制已經(jīng)成為影響零部件產(chǎn)品精度的關(guān)鍵方面,本課題著力于建立一套的從模具設(shè)計(jì)到模具生產(chǎn)全面集成的信息管理系統(tǒng),通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用切實(shí)的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)模具生成過(guò)程的動(dòng)態(tài)控制,達(dá)到更好地加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)管理,從而提高汽輪機(jī)葉片模具生產(chǎn)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本課題主要是結(jié)合汽輪機(jī)葉片模具生產(chǎn)管理的相關(guān)需求并實(shí)地進(jìn)行調(diào)研,根據(jù)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)理論和項(xiàng)目管理理論,系統(tǒng)采用當(dāng)前較為流行的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)Struts、Spring技術(shù)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)技術(shù)、MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式,并結(jié)合成熟的SQL Server 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù),在Myeclipse平臺(tái)下設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)完成。系統(tǒng)按照軟件工程分析的流程,首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)采用的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,包括可行性分析、功能分析和非功能分析;接著,從概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì);在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,依次從系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和基于B/S的汽輪機(jī)葉片模具生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)三方面進(jìn)行展開(kāi),其中基于B/S的汽輪機(jī)葉片模具生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)主要分為四大模塊,分別為模具設(shè)計(jì)管理模塊、模具加工管理模塊、模具試模管理模塊;在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)方面專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)Data類(lèi)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)的所有操作,提高了程序開(kāi)發(fā)的效率和代碼的重用率,有利于程序的維護(hù)。系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試表明,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效果良好,能夠滿足企業(yè)需要。
[Abstract]:In the production of turbine blade die, the die production is closely related to the design, and the die production is the key aspect of parts production. Therefore, how to realize the control of die design and die precision has become the key aspect that affects the precision of parts and components. This subject focuses on establishing a comprehensive information management system from mold design to die production. Through the application of the system, the dynamic control of the mould forming process can be realized, and the production management can be strengthened better, and the competitiveness of the turbine blade die production can be improved. According to the theory of software development and the theory of project management, this subject mainly combines the relevant needs of turbine blade die production management and field investigation. The system adopts the current popular development technology Struts Spring and database access technology MVC design pattern, combined with the mature SQL Server 2005 database technology, under the Myeclipse platform design and development completed. According to the flow of software engineering analysis, the system firstly introduces the related technologies, and then analyzes the requirements of the system, including feasibility analysis, functional analysis and non-functional analysis. The system is designed in detail and database design. In the part of system realization, the realization of system environment, the realization of database and the realization of turbine blade die production management system based on B / S are carried out in turn. The production management system of turbine blade die based on B / S is mainly divided into four modules, which are mold design management module, die processing management module and mold trial mold management module. In the aspect of database access, a Data class is specially designed to realize all operations of database access, which improves the efficiency of program development and the rate of code reuse, and is beneficial to the maintenance of programs. The test results show that the system works well and can meet the needs of enterprises.
