Abstract
With the construction engineering complex degree increase gradually and scale expands unceasingly, the construction project management become more difficult than ever before. Traditional architectural engineering project management often used to represent a schedule gantt chart, network diagram, etc., due to the strong professional, low degree of visualization, has been unable to clearly describe the relationship between construction schedule and a variety of complex, difficult to accurately express the dynamic change process of engineering construction. In order to ensure the construction progress of construction projects, to solve the shortage of the current schedule management, schedule management can't accurately in place; Schedule a lack of flexibility; Project management organization and coordination difficulties; Engineering progress, hard to balance between cost and quality. This paper will apply BIM technology to traditional project schedule management.
Based on the analysis of BIM technology and on the basis of the existing engineering project schedule management, illustrates the advantages of BIM technology is applied to the project schedule management and the concrete application process, analyzes the BIM technology with traditional schedule management differences. First of all, based on the traditional schedule management system set up BIM schedule management system, preparation of BIM schedule and analyze the plan. Then, using BIM technology on construction project tracking, analysis, rectify and control. Secondly, by comparing the engineering project schedule management application of BIM technology process and the specific differences and arguments BIM technology is applied to the whole process of schedule management, can be conducive to schedule, schedule control optimization technology, improve the efficiency of the schedule and control, to better achieve the purpose of the schedule management, enhance the level of engineering project schedule management. Finally, analyzing the current schedule management in BIM technology popularization and application of obstacles and put forward relevant development proposals. This paper studies the application of BIM technology to the project schedule management of specific methods and analyzed compared with the traditional schedule management methods of BIM schedule management advantages, summarizes the application obstacles, the development Suggestions were put forward, to BIM technology applied in the engineering project schedule management promotion to provide the reference.
