【摘要】：團(tuán)隊(duì)的情境特點(diǎn)和任務(wù)要求使團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有了不同于傳統(tǒng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的特點(diǎn)。該文從團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與群體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的區(qū)別入手,以職能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)觀分析了團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的職能:包括團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)絡(luò)職能,收集并轉(zhuǎn)譯來自團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)外的信息;目標(biāo)建立職能;運(yùn)作協(xié)調(diào)職能,協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員活動使其能在團(tuán)隊(duì)水平上充分整合;以及決定領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職能相對重要性的團(tuán)隊(duì)特征與作業(yè)特征,最后探討了團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對團(tuán)隊(duì)有效性的作用及機(jī)制,并指出將來研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Team leadership has different characteristics from traditional organizational leadership because of its situational characteristics and task requirements. Starting from the difference between team leadership and group leadership, this paper analyzes the functions of team leadership from the perspective of functional leadership: including team liaison function, collecting and translating information from within and outside the team, goal building function, operation coordination function. To coordinate the activities of team members so that they can be fully integrated at the team level, and to determine the relative importance of the leadership function of the team and the operational characteristics of the team. Finally, the role and mechanism of team leadership to team effectiveness are discussed. The direction of future research is also pointed out.
