【摘要】：正 近年來(lái),在山區(qū)建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中,我們緊密結(jié)合秭歸實(shí)際,運(yùn)用唯物辯證法的基本原理,不斷提高決策水平,較好地適應(yīng)了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,確保了各項(xiàng)決策的順利實(shí)施。 一、超前思維,提高決策的預(yù)見性。現(xiàn)代社會(huì)是一個(gè)瞬息萬(wàn)變、縱橫交錯(cuò)的復(fù)雜立體網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),在這樣一個(gè)復(fù)雜多變的形勢(shì)下,山區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要進(jìn)行正確決策,必需有預(yù)見未來(lái)的超前意識(shí),并能在充分了解事物的過去和現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,思考比較長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和可能出現(xiàn)的各種情況,進(jìn)行科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè),從而提
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the practice of mountain area construction, we have applied the basic principle of materialist dialectics to improve the level of decision-making, adapt to the development of market economy, and ensure the smooth implementation of all kinds of decisions. First, thinking ahead of time and improving the foresight of decision-making. Modern society is a rapidly changing, crisscross complex three-dimensional network system. In such a complex and changeable situation, mountain leaders must have a sense of foresight to make correct decisions. And on the basis of fully understanding the past and present situation of things, we can think about the long-term development trend and the various situations that may appear, and make scientific prediction, so as to put forward some suggestions.
