【摘要】：領導能力是領導者在科學理論指導下完成某種領導活動所具備的一種個性心理特征。領導思維方式在領導心理中處于核心地位 ,因此 ,只有轉(zhuǎn)換、提升領導者的思維方式 ,領導者的能力才能得到提高。在新時期 ,領導者的思維方式要由兩點性向辯證性、開放性向透明性、隨意性向規(guī)范性、整體性向戰(zhàn)略性、被動性向主動性、單向性向多向性、快節(jié)奏向敏捷性、后饋性向超前性、模仿性向創(chuàng)新性轉(zhuǎn)換、提升。轉(zhuǎn)換、提升這些思維方式 ,不但要提升領導者思維方式要素的質(zhì) ,而且要對要素進行整合。
[Abstract]:The leadership ability is a kind of personality psychological characteristic which the leader completes some kind of leadership activity under the guidance of the scientific theory.Leading mode of thinking is at the core of leadership psychology, therefore, the ability of leader can be improved only by changing and improving the thinking mode of leader.In the new era, the thinking mode of leaders should be changed from two points to dialectics, openness to transparency, randomness to normality, entirety to strategy, passivity to initiative, unidirection to multi-direction, fast rhythm to agility.Feedback to forward, imitation to innovation, promotion.To transform and promote these modes of thinking, we should not only improve the quality of the elements of the leader's mode of thinking, but also integrate the elements.
