【摘要】：杰出領(lǐng)袖不僅在崛起之初對推進至為重要的社會轉(zhuǎn)型具有不可替代的作用,而且在崛起過程對于掃除進一步發(fā)展的障礙也將發(fā)揮重要作用。甚至在確保持久繁榮穩(wěn)定的制度建設(shè)上,領(lǐng)袖的率先垂范也是非常重要的。與傳統(tǒng)大國的崛起相比,后發(fā)國家的崛起既面臨"彎道趕超"的時代機遇,也面臨著國家轉(zhuǎn)型和既有大國同質(zhì)化競爭的多重壓力。
