【摘要】：破解壓力過(guò)大問(wèn)題,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)"一把手"要善于"鳴琴而治",勤于學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐,練好授業(yè)解惑之功,當(dāng)好布道師;善于統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào),練好謀篇布局之功,當(dāng)好策劃師;精于調(diào)查研究,練好明察秋毫之功,當(dāng)好檢驗(yàn)師;嚴(yán)于督促檢查,練好陟罰臧否之功,當(dāng)好裁判師,更好地踐行黨的群眾路線。
