【摘要】：正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力體現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用的大小,但不是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的目的。只有使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力轉(zhuǎn)化成一系列具體的行為,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的目的才能最終達(dá)到。達(dá)到目的的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為會(huì)使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力增強(qiáng),反之則會(huì)使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力減弱。從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特質(zhì)的角度來(lái)看,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者個(gè)人權(quán)威的增強(qiáng)也會(huì)提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。我們?cè)趯?duì)"中華老字號(hào)"企業(yè)大量調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力轉(zhuǎn)化的效果和提升的途徑。一、"中華老字號(hào)"企業(yè)的調(diào)查結(jié)果我們?cè)诤颖�、山西、湖南等地進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查和實(shí)地訪談,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:大多數(shù)"中華老字號(hào)"企業(yè)的領(lǐng)
[Abstract]:Positive leadership reflects the size of the role of leadership, but not the purpose of leadership. Only by transforming leadership into a series of concrete actions can the goal of leadership be finally achieved. On the other hand, leadership will be weakened. From the perspective of leadership characteristics, the enhancement of leadership personal authority will also enhance leadership. This paper analyzes the effect of leadership transformation and the ways to promote it. First, the survey results of the "old Chinese brand" enterprises have been sampled and interviewed in Hebei, Shanxi, Hunan and other places.
