【摘要】：科學(xué)的進步和技術(shù)的變化是企業(yè)績效的重要驅(qū)動力。創(chuàng)新、配置和利用知識的能力已成為競爭優(yōu)勢、創(chuàng)造財富和改善生活質(zhì)量一項重要來源。這種轉(zhuǎn)變的主要特點是信息通信技術(shù)(ICT)對經(jīng)濟和社會的影響越來越大。近年來,科學(xué)技術(shù)在新產(chǎn)品和新工藝上的快速應(yīng)用,國家創(chuàng)新比例提高,從而向知識密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變,技能需求上升。 本文意在分析信息通信技術(shù)對喀麥隆企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的技術(shù)影響,并以華為技術(shù)在信息通信技術(shù)為主題。這意味著,技術(shù)和創(chuàng)新是提高企業(yè)績效和社會福祉的關(guān)鍵。本文討論了類似于喀麥隆這樣的國家如何接受信息通信技術(shù)以及如何在工作和日常生活中通過接受信息通信技術(shù)獲益,這是對經(jīng)濟增長和就業(yè)機會做出貢獻的證據(jù)。 發(fā)達國家關(guān)注信息通信技術(shù)的快速增長,認(rèn)為有可能創(chuàng)造一種個人之間的不平等的新形式�？溌≌J(rèn)識到社會的某部分被異化為新的數(shù)字環(huán)境,并已做出承諾建立一個包容性的社會,所有人都有機會獲得和有效利用信息通信技術(shù)。
