【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來(lái)，商業(yè)環(huán)境已發(fā)生了巨大的變化，企業(yè)正面臨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的新形勢(shì)�！靶畔⒒俏覈�(guó)加快實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化的必然選擇，堅(jiān)持以信息化帶動(dòng)工業(yè)化，以工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化”。信息技術(shù)提升到了國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略層面，企業(yè)發(fā)展的唯一途徑是企業(yè)信息化。從內(nèi)部的角度來(lái)看，合理配置企業(yè)資源非常重要，必須建立企業(yè)的最佳業(yè)務(wù)流程，通過(guò)信息流來(lái)協(xié)同各部門(mén)和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位之間的商流、物流及資金流，提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和對(duì)市場(chǎng)的適應(yīng)性。當(dāng)前中小企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中所包含的研制步驟以及所遇到的技術(shù)問(wèn)題，通過(guò)企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的研制開(kāi)發(fā)的具體實(shí)踐進(jìn)行深入淺出的闡述，從而揭示出一般性的規(guī)律和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本文首先介紹了中小企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思想，分析比較了目前信息管理系統(tǒng)面向經(jīng)營(yíng)、面向服務(wù)，成為提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平的現(xiàn)代化工具的應(yīng)用狀況：深入探討了模板和AJAX技術(shù)在構(gòu)建信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用，，接下來(lái)根據(jù)對(duì)信息管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和需求的分析，擬定了技術(shù)路線與計(jì)劃還規(guī)劃了系統(tǒng)的整體布局，同時(shí)系統(tǒng)框架和功能的設(shè)計(jì)也被整理了出來(lái)，在結(jié)尾的階段還對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況作了簡(jiǎn)述，以及系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)采用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，包括基于BS應(yīng)用架構(gòu)，MVC的設(shè)計(jì)思想，面向?qū)ο缶幊碳夹g(shù)，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型設(shè)計(jì)，Ajax框架等技術(shù)。這個(gè)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用，預(yù)計(jì)可以很大程度上減少?gòu)?fù)雜而繁瑣的企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的管理和建立的負(fù)擔(dān)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套便捷、高效的管理手段和產(chǎn)品銷售方式提供給企業(yè)方，具有了非常不錯(cuò)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，前途光明。 緹客蛋糕店的信息管理系統(tǒng)作為本文的主要敘述對(duì)象，已經(jīng)在成功部署應(yīng)用，在一定范圍內(nèi)提高了公司經(jīng)營(yíng)銷售的工作效率，給企業(yè)帶來(lái)了很大的宣傳和經(jīng)濟(jì)收益。開(kāi)發(fā)這樣一套開(kāi)放的信息展示平臺(tái)和訂單銷售管理平臺(tái)，能滿足企業(yè)日益迫切的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理需求，對(duì)于企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 st century, great changes have taken place in the business environment, and enterprises are facing the new situation of knowledge economy and economic integration. Informatization is the inevitable choice for our country to speed up industrialization and modernization, persist in driving industrialization with informatization, and promote informatization with industrialization. Information technology has been promoted to the national strategic level, and the only way for enterprise development is enterprise informatization. From an internal point of view, it is very important to allocate enterprise resources reasonably. It is necessary to establish the best business process of the enterprise and coordinate the business flow, logistics and capital flow between various departments and production and management units through the information flow. Improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and adaptability to the market. At present, the research and development steps and technical problems encountered in the design and implementation of the information management system for small and medium-sized enterprises are expounded in depth through the concrete practice of the research and development of the enterprise information management system. In order to reveal the general law and experience. This paper first introduces the design idea of information management system for small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes and compares the current information management system for management and service-oriented. It has become a modern tool to improve the internal management level of enterprises: the application of template and AJAX technology in the design and construction of information management system is deeply discussed, and then according to the analysis of the construction and demand of information management system, The technical route and plan are drawn up and the overall layout of the system is planned, at the same time, the design of the system framework and function is also sorted out, and the practical application of the system is briefly described at the end of the stage. And the key technologies used in the implementation of the system, including BS application architecture, MVC design idea, object-oriented programming technology, database model design, Ajax framework and so on. The application of this system is expected to greatly reduce the burden of the management and establishment of the complex and tedious enterprise information management system, and realize a set of convenient and efficient management means and product sales methods to the enterprise side. Has a very good development trend, the future is bright. As the main narrative object of this paper, the information management system of Teke cake shop has been successfully deployed and applied, which has improved the working efficiency of the company's operation and sales to a certain extent, and brought great publicity and economic benefits to the enterprise. The development of such an open information display platform and order sales management platform can meet the increasingly urgent management needs of enterprises, which is of great significance for the information construction of enterprises.
