文章摘要：目的 通過醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)、麻醉信息管理系統(tǒng)等系統(tǒng)平臺,建立基于個人數(shù)字助理（personal digital assistant,PDA）的手術(shù)室移動護理信息系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)手術(shù)室移動信息管理及手術(shù)室內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)共享,以規(guī)范護理行為、保障患者安全和提高工作效率。方法 依據(jù)手術(shù)室管理規(guī)范、手術(shù)工作程序和內(nèi)容,建立包括手術(shù)患者交接、手術(shù)核查、物品清點、手術(shù)醫(yī)囑、滅菌物品管理、�？谱o理和集成平臺7個功能模塊的手術(shù)室移動護理信息系統(tǒng),護士可隨時利用PDA對信息數(shù)據(jù)進行處理。結(jié)果通過手術(shù)室移動信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和管理,規(guī)范了醫(yī)囑用藥、術(shù)中物品清點,以及滅菌手術(shù)器械包動態(tài)管理和質(zhì)量追溯。結(jié)論 手術(shù)室移動信息系統(tǒng)的建立提高了工作效率,促進了手術(shù)室數(shù)字化建設(shè)和發(fā)展。

Abstr：Objective To design a mobile nursing information system in the operating room based on personal digital assistant（PDA） at the platforms as hospital information system（HIS） and anesthesia information management system（AIMS）,so as to realize the mobile information share between the operating room and other departments,and to standardize nurses＇ behavior,ensure patient safety and improve work efficiency. Methods According to the national technical criterion and operation procedures and contents,the mobile nursing information system was established synthesizing the transition process of patients,the operation verification of surgical doctors,anesthetist and nurses, objects counting,doctor＇s advice,dynamic management of sterilized articles,specialty nursing and tile integration plat- form. The nurses can process the data through PDA anytime. Results The mobile nursing information system stan- dardized the prescription,intraoperative checking,dynamic management and quality trace of sterilized surgical instru- ment set. Conclusion The application of mobile nursing information system can improve the work efficiency and promote the digitization of operating rooms.
