研發(fā)人員項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)金優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)——以NETC軟件公司為例
[Abstract]:The salary composition of the R & D staff usually consists of three components: skills salary, benefits and allowances, and project bonuses. Among them, the design of project bonus directly reflects the importance of the company to R & D personnel, is the external expression of the company's talent values, and is essential to encourage the enthusiasm of R & D personnel. Therefore, how to make the allocation of project bonuses scientific, fair and reasonable, so that every member of the R & D team is convinced, in practice, both very difficult and very particular about skills. Taking a software company as an example, on the basis of analyzing the defects of its original project bonus distribution system, this paper optimizes its design and tries its best to find out a set of project bonus allocation scheme which is suitable for our country's enterprises and can excite the R & D personnel greatly.
