【摘要】：隨著電信行業(yè)改革的深入,電信行業(yè)生態(tài)圈也發(fā)生著深刻的變革,通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)面臨著內(nèi)在及外在的轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)的壓力,開(kāi)放、包容、互利的發(fā)展模式逐漸成為了通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)的主流價(jià)值。開(kāi)放合作于國(guó)內(nèi)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)的改革領(lǐng)域受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,如何縱向擴(kuò)展通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)合作鏈條,使通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)及其它市場(chǎng)參與主體能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)較快的、穩(wěn)定的、持續(xù)的發(fā)展。本文根據(jù)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)的歷史沿襲、改革與發(fā)展目標(biāo)、合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的前置依賴、合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的工程規(guī)劃、合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)范疇及合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的基本技術(shù),分析研究了通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)并探討優(yōu)化演進(jìn)的方向。論文的主要工作如下:(1)首先描述了電信行業(yè)的時(shí)代背景,并對(duì)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)所依賴的前置系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,闡明了用于合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的工程實(shí)踐所需要的前置系統(tǒng)的主要功能內(nèi)容及意義。(2)介紹工程中通信運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)企業(yè)合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的對(duì)應(yīng)工程規(guī)劃實(shí)施細(xì)節(jié)。此部分從基本要求、軟件支撐架構(gòu)、硬件支撐架構(gòu)、安保與容災(zāi)及應(yīng)急處置等方面對(duì)合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述與分析,并于此基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi)工程實(shí)踐,通過(guò)實(shí)踐說(shuō)明規(guī)劃的可靠性、可行性。(3)分析了當(dāng)前合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的不足之處,并透過(guò)目前的技術(shù)熱點(diǎn),跟蹤合作分成傭金結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的演進(jìn)與優(yōu)化方向,利用PC化改造向云計(jì)算過(guò)渡,通過(guò)云計(jì)算的低成本、高可靠、高靈活來(lái)滿足未來(lái)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the telecommunication industry, the telecom industry ecological circle is also undergoing profound changes. The communication operation service enterprises are facing the pressure of internal and external transformation and upgrading, open and inclusive. The mutually beneficial development model has gradually become the mainstream value of the transformation and upgrading of communication operation service enterprises. More and more attention has been paid to open cooperation in the field of reform of domestic communication operation service enterprises. How to extend the business cooperation chain of communication operation service enterprises vertically, Make communication operation service enterprises and other market participants to achieve fast, stable and sustainable development. According to the history, reform and development goal of communication operation service enterprises, this paper discusses the predependence of cooperative commission settlement system, and the project planning of cooperative commission settlement system. In this paper, the business category of cooperative share commission settlement system and the basic technology of cooperative share commission settlement system are analyzed and studied, and the realization of cooperative commission settlement system of communication operation service enterprises is analyzed and the direction of optimization and evolution is discussed. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the background of the telecommunication industry is described firstly, and the technical characteristics of the pre-system which is relied on by the cooperative commission settlement system of the communication operation service enterprises are introduced in detail. This paper expounds the main function and significance of the pre-system needed for the engineering practice of the cooperative commission settlement system. (2) it introduces the corresponding project planning and implementation details of the cooperative commission settlement system for the communication operation service enterprises in the project. In this part, the basic requirements, software support architecture, hardware support architecture, security and disaster recovery, emergency disposal and other aspects of the cooperative commission settlement system infrastructure are described and analyzed in detail. On this basis, the project practice is carried out to illustrate the reliability and feasibility of the planning. (3) the shortcomings of the current cooperative commission settlement system are analyzed, and through the current technical hot spots, Tracking the evolution and optimization direction of the cooperative commission settlement system, making use of PC to transform to cloud computing, through the low cost, high reliability and high flexibility of cloud computing to meet the future development of the system.
