電信行業(yè)系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員考核方法研究

【摘要】:工程項(xiàng)目管理最重要的內(nèi)容之一就是項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,企業(yè)目標(biāo),團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo),個(gè)人目標(biāo)緊密相連,相互影響,科學(xué)的適用的績(jī)效考核體系是搞好項(xiàng)目型團(tuán)隊(duì)成員管理工作、提升企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)與項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)和保障。本論文著眼于實(shí)際應(yīng)用,在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,注重結(jié)合系統(tǒng)集成工程行業(yè)特點(diǎn)和企業(yè)的具體情況,通過(guò)研究和分析系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系,從績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)的定義,目標(biāo)與權(quán)重的設(shè)立,考核數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,考核者選擇六個(gè)關(guān)鍵要素出發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用了多種績(jī)效考核理論,將目標(biāo)管理法(MBO)與關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPI)及360度考核相結(jié)合,并借鑒了了工程項(xiàng)目管理中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃和過(guò)程管理中的PDCA循環(huán)思想,挖掘創(chuàng)新,為項(xiàng)目型團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的績(jī)效考核總結(jié)出一套更為具有針對(duì)性,適用性與可操作性的績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)管理體系。在研究的過(guò)程中,通過(guò)對(duì)大量現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)資料的理解和學(xué)習(xí),通過(guò)采用比較與分類、分析與綜合、歸納與演繹、案例分析等研究方法,研究輸出是一套完整的考核流程以及在各階段所使用的考核表格,并通過(guò)本人參與管理的系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行案例分析,對(duì)績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系做出了科學(xué)性、適用性的檢驗(yàn)和總結(jié)。 本文可為電信行業(yè)系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)搞好團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,優(yōu)化內(nèi)部考核指標(biāo)體系,提升考核質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:One of the most important contents of project management is project team management, enterprise goal, team goal and individual goal. The scientific and applicable performance appraisal system is to do well the management of project team members. Improve enterprise project management level, realize the foundation and guarantee of economic target and project goal. This paper focuses on the practical application, on the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign performance evaluation methods, focusing on the characteristics of the system integration engineering industry and the specific situation of the enterprise. Through the research and analysis of the performance appraisal index system of the project team members, starting from the definition of the performance appraisal index, the establishment of the target and the weight, the evaluation data source, the examiner chooses six key elements. This paper synthetically applies a variety of performance appraisal theories, combines the objective management method (MBO) with the key performance index (KPI) and the 360-degree appraisal, and draws lessons from the network plan in the project management and the PDCA cycle idea in the process management, and excavates the innovation. This paper summarizes a set of performance appraisal index management system which has more pertinence, applicability and maneuverability for the performance appraisal of project team members. In the process of research, through the understanding and learning of a large number of existing documents and materials, through the use of comparison and classification, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, case analysis and other research methods, The research output is a set of complete appraisal process and the examination form used in each stage, and through the case analysis of the system integration project in which I participate in the management, the scientific performance appraisal index system is made. Test and summarize applicability. This paper can provide reference and reference for telecommunication industry system integration project team to do team management, optimize internal evaluation index system, improve evaluation quality and promote internal innovation.
