電信行業(yè)系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員考核方法研究
[Abstract]:One of the most important contents of project management is project team management, enterprise goal, team goal and individual goal. The scientific and applicable performance appraisal system is to do well the management of project team members. Improve enterprise project management level, realize the foundation and guarantee of economic target and project goal. This paper focuses on the practical application, on the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign performance evaluation methods, focusing on the characteristics of the system integration engineering industry and the specific situation of the enterprise. Through the research and analysis of the performance appraisal index system of the project team members, starting from the definition of the performance appraisal index, the establishment of the target and the weight, the evaluation data source, the examiner chooses six key elements. This paper synthetically applies a variety of performance appraisal theories, combines the objective management method (MBO) with the key performance index (KPI) and the 360-degree appraisal, and draws lessons from the network plan in the project management and the PDCA cycle idea in the process management, and excavates the innovation. This paper summarizes a set of performance appraisal index management system which has more pertinence, applicability and maneuverability for the performance appraisal of project team members. In the process of research, through the understanding and learning of a large number of existing documents and materials, through the use of comparison and classification, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, case analysis and other research methods, The research output is a set of complete appraisal process and the examination form used in each stage, and through the case analysis of the system integration project in which I participate in the management, the scientific performance appraisal index system is made. Test and summarize applicability. This paper can provide reference and reference for telecommunication industry system integration project team to do team management, optimize internal evaluation index system, improve evaluation quality and promote internal innovation.
