面向全業(yè)務(wù)承載的PTN項目建設(shè)模式研究
[Abstract]:Based on the author's work practice, this paper chooses the PTN construction mode which faces the whole business carrying capacity to carry on the research, the system has adopted the research method which the project management theory and the practice unifies together. This article revolves around the time management, the cost management, the communication management, the purchase management theory foundation, according to own in the project actual experience summarizes the project to meet the question, and uses the management theory to analyze each kind of question the origin, And try to find specific solutions to the problem. On the basis of the guidance of PTN network construction of China Mobile, combined with the project management and the outstanding problems encountered, this paper makes a comprehensive discussion, and applies the relevant theories of modern project management to the implementation process of the project. A scientific and reasonable full service carrying network construction mode with PTN as the highest carrying capacity is constructed to further promote the standard construction of PTN network. This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of PTN project management, which includes time management theory, cost management theory, communication management theory, material purchase management theory, and so on, combining with the actual situation of PTN network construction in Xinjiang Mobile. This paper focuses on the above four aspects; secondly, it introduces the construction plan of Xinjiang Mobile PTN project, analyzes the current situation of the new lotus mobile transmission network and the train of thought of the PTN network construction, and puts forward a new construction plan. At present, PTN network construction management has certain experience and effect in project progress, project quality, cost management and material purchase management. Therefore, this paper deals with PTN construction project from time management, cost management, communication management. Procurement management and other angles for in-depth study. In the aspect of schedule control, we should make a reasonable implementation plan, rebuild the supporting facilities, adjust the progress of the project according to the arrival time of the equipment, and make the transition plan. In the aspect of quality control, select the first level qualification cooperation unit, take reasonable measures to make supervision play a role, on-site acceptance site evaluation. Detailed design in cost management, site design review, budget-based construction bidding. Finally, on the basis of the control strategy of PTN network construction project, the paper analyzes the adjustment and data standard of PTN network in the process of PTN project construction, the network construction mode and the lack of line resources. This paper studies the technical reserve of OTN and PTN interworking, constructs a set of project management mode suitable for the construction of PTN network under the whole service operation, and puts forward some guiding suggestions for the later project deployment. Finally, improve the internal project management mechanism of the company, form a set of complete, mature network management mode of the whole business carrying network, which has the value of popularizing and applying to the project construction management in the later period of the company.
