【摘要】：隨著信息、連接和計(jì)算能力這三大要素變得更加經(jīng)濟(jì)和便利,大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用將會(huì)變得越來越普及,如何發(fā)揮大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的作用正是大數(shù)據(jù)治理關(guān)注的問題。從目的、權(quán)利層次、對(duì)象和解決的實(shí)際問題4個(gè)方面深入探析大數(shù)據(jù)治理的內(nèi)涵,分析大數(shù)據(jù)治理應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域,構(gòu)建大數(shù)據(jù)治理框架,并進(jìn)一步討論大數(shù)據(jù)治理面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。論文在大數(shù)據(jù)治理內(nèi)涵剖析和大數(shù)據(jù)要素框架構(gòu)建方面作出新的嘗試,以期為后續(xù)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:As the three elements of information, connection and computing power become more economical and convenient, big data application will become more and more popular. From four aspects of purpose, level of rights, object and practical problems solved, this paper deeply analyzes the connotation of big data's governance, analyzes the areas in which big data's governance should be focused, and sets up the framework of big data's governance. And further discuss the challenge that big data governs faces. This paper makes a new attempt on the analysis of big data's governance connotation and the construction of big data's essential factor frame, in order to provide reference for the follow-up study.
